a bit big

4/5

the thing i dislike about these hellknights is that they don't scale well with each other, (this one, specifically, is much taller and bigger than the order of the nail figure from the same manufacturers.) as a figure itself, the best thing about it is the pose. it looks like his stupidly long cape coiled around his legs and he's about to fall over in a comedic way. the detail is good, and once painted looks very well done, but i can't help but feel the other orders should have been bigger like this guy to scale better, or this guy should be smaller (though the chain-whip would probably break if it was)

We already have a hellknight miniature. Check out the Order of the Pyre Hell Knight mini that we have here.

I've added a photo of the green (that's the original sculpt).

I picked this up last night and the sculpt really is just cool.:) I am looking forward to getting it all painted up.

Finally got this guy finished. Now I just have to be patient until I can use him.

I couldn't find a picture of it painted online anywhere, so if anyone needs to see him for reference I've got my finished one here.

What art is this guy based on? I was trying to find some inspiration for painting :)

The sculptor made a slightly more action-oriented pose based on the art on page 279 of the Pathfinder Campaign Setting Inner Sea World Guide.

(The art previously appeared in Pathfinder #27.)

I love this mini, more than my words can express, the only trouble I have is what to do with the flimsy whip. For those who have this mini, is there a relatively simple solution for not getting this to bend as much?

Thanks in advance!
