I'm a sucker for extras, bits and shiny things, and have spent 50% of my outlay on accessories for sure, but this seems expensive. I might pay $16, but I wouldn't pay the asking.

If it's sturdy enough to stand on it's own in a slight wind and seems like it's made of a good material, then I'd pay the $30 no problem. This thing looks awesome.

Liberty's Edge

Also the limited demand means you're never going to see the sort of low prices you see with binders made this way.

I like that it's four panels. You could buy one, cut it down the center, and make two really awesome character sheet folders.

Alas, if only it was in a landscape format.

Has anyone made any cool inserts for this?

This one is.

Right now I've got some images from the AP as the player side, but I could use some DM side info.

This is the world's greatest screen.

You just can't get one. ;-)

2 $1.29 small spine 3 ring binders at Staples. Only attached together. I'll pass and spend my money on whatever new flipmats Paizo puts out.

I'm not criticizing (much), but I could almost make something like this for the price. As was said before, if it was $15, I would be all over it.

I'm not sure why it isn't listed here or on their website, but I was able to buy the landscape version from the guy at GenCon '09.

Here's my take

if it's made out of the same stock as some of the old D&D screens, it's not worth it, if it's made out of a similar stock the then 4th edition damn-near-bullet-proof GM screens then I could see that price.

I have one of these and it is very heavy. It is heavier than what 3 ring binders are made of. And I like that it is customizable. For now I have some pages printed from the rule book for it.

I have used this for several years and love it.

If this can stand up as well as my old HackMaster screen did, then its worth the price, especially since you can add your own art and charts to it.

The HackMaster screen is probably the only one to date that I was comfortable shelling out twenty bucks for, but it was sturdily built and jam packed with useful bits, including the Pizza Matrix. ;) Flip over a section and you shifted it into *Battle Mode* (access to battle related charts and pictures of the characters being mauled by the monsters..lol). I'm sure you can still swing by kenzerco.com to take a peak at it.

Still, aside from the new PF screen, this is one that I would very seriously consider getting, one in black for me and one in pink for my gf, who is also a gamer and amateur DM.

I DMed a bunch of old TSR (boot hill, gang busters, top secret, gamma world, star frontiers) games at a convention, it was very easy to replace the tables and charts.

it stands up nicely, it is much more stout than binders. I love it, I have had mine for many years, and still shows no wear or tear.

Any idea when this might come back in stock? Because I could really use this lol

Unfortunately, no. Hammerdog is a small company and I'm not able to get a good estimate on restock times. :(

I just ordered one directly from the Hammerdog site - they seem to be open for business. Will post here if it arrives safely (being shipped to the UK)!

Sovereign Court Publisher, Raging Swan Press

Raging Swan Press has recently released inserts for the Hammerdog screens compatible with the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game! Available in both portrait and landscape formats they are packed full of handy charts!

You can see pictures of the inserts over at Raging Swan's site.

Silver Crusade

I paid for two directly from their site and after two weeks I heard and saw nothing so I disputed through paypal for quick response. They said, "Sorry about that. We somehow marked your order as shipped, even though we hadn't shipped it. We can get this right out to you if you like, or give you a refund. Just let us know how to proceed. Thanks! Danny Hammerdog Games". I replied ship asap please and dropped the dispute on paypal. Five business days later I still haven't received a confirmation that they've shipped yet. I'll keep you guys posted if I ever receive them:(

I have yet to receive any response from the company about my inquiry as to the expected shipping time of my order. It has been five days and I have heard nothing from them.

10 days after ordering the product and no idea if it has shipped. I am assuming I will have to dispute it via paypal or contact my Credit Card company.

Pathfinder Roleplaying Game Superscriber

My guess is Danny is busy getting The Grande Temple of Jing out the door. Not that this is a good excuse, but I think this project was Danny biting off a bit more than he could chew.

That's fine if he is busy, he could have mentioned it. I filed a complaint with paypal and they will refund my money if it isn't sent to me within the next 10 days. Either I will receive the screen or I will order a second Savage Worlds Customized Screen.

It is disappointing though, as I live in Hong Kong and an extra 10 day wait to maybe receive a screen on top of the 10 days I have already waited is rather bothersome.

This is not a good way to get repeat customers and I can assure you that neither myself nor my gaming group will be dealing with Hammerdog games again anytime soon.
