Summon the power of the runelords!
Paizo Publishing and Q-workshop are proud to bring you the 100%-official Pathfinder: Rise of the Runelords Adventure Path dice. Each of these masterfully crafted dice features one of the seven Thassilonian runes: envy, greed, lust, wrath, sloth, pride, and gluttony. Take control of the runes and seize your destiny!
I just got these dice today. They're very attractive dice. The detail is amazing. If anyone was wondering, the highest number on each piece is represented by a Rune (One of seven, each piece is different... No spoilers here :P). In the discussion it's mentioned that these dice are very "busy." There are additional smaller runes and scroll work around the numbers on each face. This can make the numbers a little difficult to read from even a short distance (across a decent sized table). If you're the GM rolling these, like I am, then there's no need to fret. If you're the GM, and one of your players are rolling them, make sure they're a trustworthy player, or that another player is keeping them honest. If all of your players are trustworthy, then you're good-to-go.
I purchased my dice on Amazon (with a Prime Account) for $13.32, free 2-day shipping. The cheapest I've seen on Amazon has been $10.05 (+$4.58 S&H), the most expensive was $13.98 (+$8.09 S&H).
These dice have a great look and feel. The detail is crisp and I love the rune for the highest possible roll; it adds a little touch of the arcane to the experience.
Good choice of colors. Very readable. Well designed with runes decorating the die and the runes of sin replacing the highest number on each die. Very flavorful for the AP it's designed for. These are one of my favorite sets of dice in my collection and have always been part of the five primary dice I use each game session.
I actually got mine on eBay. I can usually get extra dice from Q-Workshop for $2 each. They have a special at 9.99 for the set plus 5.90 for shipping right now. All you have to do is buy the dice and ask them to add whichever additional dice to your order. The shipping should stay the same, no matter how many you order. Also, they ship using registered mail which takes about 2 weeks to arrive from Poland to New Mexico. I highly recommend the dice these folks make and they are really great about staightening out snafu's when they make 'em.
