I bought this and got 2 different PDFs when I downloaded it. They both seem identical. Which one is the most current version? Which one do I use/printout. its a 106 pages I dont want to have a hardcopy of the wrong/outdated one.

It says above that they are the same, with the exception that one does not have the pretty boarders (to save on printer ink).
