Servant: YOU INSULATE ****! I'LL HAVE YOUR HEAD FOR THAT INSULT!!!
The servant dashes forward at you with tremendous speed, instantly clad in full plated armor. You have no time to react.

Just as the Servant's sword is about to strike down upon you, a black figure appears before you, with his sword in hand.
Saber parries the Servant's attack and responds with a strike of his own at the servant, that explodes into the ground.
The other servant jumps back. Avoiding the counter attack, and both Servants ready themselves for battle.

at this point the curious faces of the crowd begin to turn towards you.

Bystander1: What was that?

Bystander2: Where'd that guy come from?

Bystander3: Are they shooting a movie?

Bystander4: Is he attacking that unarmed person! Someone call the police!

Bystander5: Is that a real sword?!? Isn't that against the law?!

(something doesn't seem right about the crowd's reaction, they're acting like Saber is attacking an unarmed, normal civilian, which is clearly not what's happening)

(the only thing your spies see is one of Harway's people move forward, and a servant clad in black armor appearing to attack him/her.)

(that seems to have actually calmed the servant down.)

Christopher Harlow: As one who seeks to stand above the people does their presence bother you so much.

a hint, since this is going in circles. last time you got yourself killed I don't think insulting his plan is going to work, since he almost certainly told his servant. In Fate/Extra, the Harlow behaves and is referred to as a prince or king, and his servant matched accordingly. see if combining that with context clues can help.

???Servant: Indeed were I to blindly follow we would most certainly meet an early demise. However, you are mistaken if you believe us ones to not strategies beforehand.

???:Me I'm a detective, so it's natural I'd be at a suspected terrorist sight. What's your name?

???: hm, very well then.

You only now notice the presence behind you. You were already within the striking range of ???'s servant.

???: Ah yes before I leave. I believe you were looking into the one who poisoned the water supply.

He tosses you a few pictures.
(assuming you look at them) the pictures show a variety of spears imbedded into the ground at various spots throughout the sewer system.

???: Although I have no proof or way to determine their effect, someone has been planting such spears throughout Fuyuki City. I am unable to analyze their effects, nor am I able to do anything about them, however I found traces of magic on them. It's quite possible that whoever is planting those spears is the culprit who poisoned the water. What you chose to do with that information is up to you.

???: Well in this game nothing will happen unless we masters meet each other, and since I would like this war to end as soon as possible, I have merely initiated such a meeting to see what would happen. Should you present me with ample opportunity to eliminate you from the war I will take it, if not I shall merely see if I can convince you to push this war closer to completion with minimal collateral damage.

"Hmmm... What's there to pan we find the enemy and beet the (r@9 out of them... I am far more interested in planning our conquest of the World than this war!"

Bruiser's face scrunches up as if contemplating something.
"...But I guess tactics are always important..."
Then with a sudden explosion of emotion she cheers
"ALRIGHT LETS GRAB SOME SAKE AND GO MEET WITH OUR GENERALS!"

A young girl in a pink maid's dress sits atop a large building overlooking Fuyuki city. Her long silver hair blows in the wind, her red eyes staring down to the city.
"It looks like things are going to finally get interesting around here again! I can't wait till the war starts again!"

"Hohoho. you seem quite eager for things to start Lily." calls a man's voice from behind her. "Are you perchance thinking of taking an actor's role this time around?"

The girl named Lily tilts back her head and glances over her shoulder at figure in the shadow.
"saa, whichever is more interesting. And what about you? What role will you be playing in this play I wonder?" (saa is a Japanese expression roughly meaning I won't answer that question definitively)

The man chuckles "Hohoho, well now that would be telling wouldn't it. And I'm sure you aren't one who enjoys spoilers."
