I did the following for my players in the Star Wars SE campaign we played through a couple years ago:

1) Get a blank PDF of the character sheet.
2) Use Acrobat to take a high-resolution picture of the entire page.
3) Paste it into Power Point (or similar, I actually used OpenOffice).
4) Draw invisible boxes in the form blanks and set the fonts, etc.
5) Update the text/numbers as needed and print.

It worked out ok. I would've preferred an auto-fill, but I don't have the time/energy to learn the technical side of doing such a thing. I would imagine you can do something similar with this PDF. Also, you might be able to put the image into Excel and use it to, at least, auto-fill some of the math for you.

Skitch or PDFPenPro would also be really great ways to do this.

This is a fantastic resource, thank you so much!

I've never really engaged an online community before today in regards to GMing, and after getting this and the NPC spreadsheet from all you guys, I had to toss in a link to the ambient sound generator I use for this campaign - it's in this thread about ambient sound for S&S

I've been making a few custom audio environments with Softrope for my Skull&Shackles group and I thought I'd share some of what I've been working on:

5 minutes of pirate ship sounds

Naturally since the sounds in the video aren't randomly being selected like in softrope, it may get repetitive but I made it pretty long to compensate. If anyone wants a longer one or wants me to mix a different soundscape just let me know and I'll do it.
I like to play this one while I browse and pretend I'm at sea. Arrr!

I've been running this for anyone else on OSX: Go to Ambient Mixer and adding "Ship squeak" at random, 22 times every ten minutes.

You could also toss in crowd noises for busy activity on the ship, but I haven't previewed any of them yet, so I don't know how good they are for that purpose.

Hope this helps!
