Does that make me the best boyfriend in the world, or utterly insane for contemplating this pastry-encased culinary monstrosity?
Yes.

what happened? Having a hard time getting things to fall into place at work today. Rough day culling cabbie fairs. Three conventions are closing down and the people want rides to McCarren. I should be doing $300+ in fairs, but I took home a meager book of $262. Under inflated and some days it doesn't pay to go to work. Tonight is another story however. With sopme more sleep I should do better than last night. I hope tonight goes better for you, BP!

Orthos wrote: And at the last, the final and strongest Dark Song from the Candlemere sessions. Sadly this guy - due to action economy being what it is - only got one round worth of physical attacks before the party brought him down like a chump, though he did nom pretty thoroughly on several party members in the process, including killing the duchess thanks to an extreme tactical blunder.

Nice! It looks like it was a good thing it got taken down after a single round of physical attacks. :)

FaWTLy and Assistant Wayfinder EiC, Paris Crenshaw created a cool Pathfinder RPG adventure. You can find it here.
(Also, Freehold, while it points to a Facebook page, you should still be able to get to it)

Orthos wrote: So in celebration of new avatar day - and to identify myself a little better with my new face, AND because I've been lazy about getting it done since the requisite Kingmaker sessions finished - another couple of my Dark Song. A couple of primarily-ranged combatants, one a mobile skirmisher and ranged volleyer in the vein of a Manticore, the other a tactical psionics blaster and area-controller with the uncanny ability to outright ignore the silence that vexes the rest of the Song so well.

Tomorrow I'll be helping my comic book store out for FCBD. They pretty much put on a convention for the day with artists and writers sketching and signing books. I might drive around doing errands, which suits me fine, because people.

This has been a lot of fun. When Mairkurion not so subtly initiated a challenge to stat up monsters based on an illustration, I couldn't resist. Six months and 51 monsters later, I'm grateful to Mairkurion for prodding me to do this and for providing me a platform for some of my wackier ideas.
I'm hoping that the end of the school year will mean more provocative posts from Mairkurion, but I'll be continuing on with my Friday creations.

I don't know what kind of birds you've got, but if they're howling, I'd be very worried.
