40 figure capacity, cut out size: 1" x 1", 1 layer
56 figure capacity - cut out size: 1" x 2", 2 layers - (larger figures)
80 figure capacity - cut out size: 1" x 1", 2 layers
The boxes themselves are hard, sturdy, plastic. Each layer of foam consists of three pieces: a thin top pad/cover, the divider, and the bottom. Between the two layers is a piece of heavy cardstock with a loop of ribbon attached to each end. The loop allows for easily lifting the upper layer out of the box to access the lower layer. Since the 40 figure case is only one layer, it obviously won't have this.
I own about 15 of these things and absolutely swear by them. My only complaint is that the divider and bottom of each layer don't come attached to each other. When removing a figure, if some pointy bit catches on the foam, you can pull the whole divider out of place. Nothing a couple spots of white glue can't remedy though.
Okay.... fine.... make a liar out of me.
4WD?

Well... central Washington is in the process of getting hit again. How are things looking on Paizo's side of the Cascades?
The whole state of Washington (yes... believe it or not, there really IS more in Washington State than just Seattle) got hit. I live in the central portion and it looks just like Cosmo's pic... minus the trees, of course. What I would really like to know is if snow can make it over the mountains, why can't rain make it over here as well?
Uhm... why is today's blog dated "Friday, January 5th"? Today is Friday the 6th, is it not?

You and me both. I always figured she was Varisian or Shoanti. Of course, we had no way of knowing since there has yet to be a "Meet the Iconics" write-up for her. (James: HINT! HINT! HINT!)
Mummies and Vampires will prolly be covered in "Classic Horrors Revisited" but how about a book covering the other "intelligent" undead: liches, wights, ghouls, wraiths, etc? "Classic Undead Revisited", anyone?

Any updates on these? The store still says "June Pre-Order" and we're now into September.
Not trying to be pushy. Just curious.
Would it be possible to have a Pathfinder Dice Subscription?

It's been tried. ;)
Some of us Necro-boarders are now exploring other options to draw the demon lord's favor. We were considering a virgin sacrifice but have had a great deal of difficulty acquiring a suitable virgin... and despite the good intentions behind my suggestion, I have been informed that a "new-in-box" inflatable love doll is NOT an acceptable substitute.
Ustalav? <ducks and runs>
Seriously though, that would be pretty freakin' cool. "Ravenloft" done Pathfinder style in a six part Adventure Path.
There's also "Into the Haunted Forest" that would work fairly well for younger kids. It's based in the Arthell Forest which is also in Darkmoon Vale so you could work it into a Falcon's Hollow campaign or even use it as a starting point for one.
Best of all, it's only $5.00.
I got an honorable mention? Cool!
Valeros: "I see London. I see France. I see someone's.... HOLY FREDRICKS OF HOLLYWOOD!!!!

Kyra: If the water is truly supposed to be that color, why is it only like that on your side of the pool?

Valeros: So, that would be a "no"? >>>I'm kinda suprised no one has used this one yet<<<

Valeros [later that same day]: "Bath house? What bath house? After we got done shopping, Lem said he wanted to try out his new Hat of Disguise so I went back to the inn. I don't know anything about a bath house."
Billzabub wrote: "No, really, a guy named Jason said we should playtest everything!!! Later, Valeros would contact the Jason guy, voicing his disatisfaction with Pathfinder's rules for seduction.

Valeros: "Will you two relax! The Paizo people assured me this picture is simply for the sake of art. No one is ever actually going to see it."

For weeks, Sajan had suffered the jibes and taunts of the other. However, by not inviting him to the pool party, they had gone too far.
-----
Assassin: "Okay... remember what they taught you in assassin school. A master assassin focuses soley on his target and ignores all distra... SWEET AUNT FANNY!!! LOOK AT THAT!!!!"
Valeros: Uh... waitasec... what else did you say Calistria was the goddess of?
----
Despite his claims, Kyra and Merisiel had serious doubts concerning Valeros' recent conversion to the worship of Shelyn.
----
Valeros would never again ask Amiri for dating advice.
Am I the only one envisioning Sajan being just "off camera" and restraining Amiri to keep her from charging into the pool and beating Valeros to a pulp?
Valeros: Aw c'mon! 4E isn't that bad!
Ezren (muttering to himself): "Rookie."
Rookseye wrote: I think it is obvious, we need to see Orcus' place defined in the Pathfinder setting. According to the "Demon Lords of Golarian" chapter in "Descent into Midnight", Orcus doesn't have much of a place in the PF setting.
Orcus MAKING a place for himself in the PF setting would make for a pretty cool AP though. (hin, hint)
This might seem like something of a no-brainer but there needs to be some discussion about the government. In such a "wretched hive of scum and villany", who actually rules? Does anyone rule? Is the ruling power a single individual or a council of some sort, possibly made up of the major crimelords and cult leaders? Is their rule absolute? Are they a puppet of some faction or organization?
Who, if anyone, is in control in Kaer Maga?
Brix wrote: Goodman Games is lost to 4E
Not necessarily. A publisher can support 4E and other systems but not with the same brand/product line. So while the "Dungeon Crawl Classics" line may be lost to 4E, Goodman is still free to create a new line/brand and support Pathfinder through it. Whether or not they actually do this remains to be seen.
*edit*
Note: That is my understanding of the GSL anyways. I could very easily have it all wrong.
Uhm... maybe I'm not understanding things but the question of "who was killed" is throwing me off. If they don't know who was killed, how do they know anybody actually was killed?
Or do you mean the deceased is a complete stranger that nobody knows or can identify?
To my understanding, Clark doesn't want to do more 3.5 products due to lack of interest in 3.5 from distributors and retailers. Paizo, however, doesn't seem to have such problems with their 3.5 products. I was just thinking that if these 3.5 adventures were released as part of an established and recognized Paizo brand (ie: GameMastery) then distributors and retailers WOULD be interested in them and thus Clark would be more inclined to publish them rather than sitting on them while playing the "waiting game" with the GSL.

When 4E was announced, the market for 3.5 products died almost immediately as distributors and retailers no longer wanted products for an "obsolete" game. At that time, Necromancer has three adventures ready for printing but had to cancel them. These adventures are now collecting dust as Necromancer waits for an acceptable revision of the GSL.
Would it be possible for Paizo to release these "lost" Necromancer adventures through the "Game Mastery" line and turn the line into something similar to what White Wolf did with "Sword & Sorcery Studios"?
The Game Mastery line presently consists of "neutral" accessories. Paizo could publish Necromancer's 3.5 adventures under a "re-created" Game Mastery Adventures line. This way, Necromancer could continue to produce 3.x material but under Paizo's label which distributors and retailers would recognize and want. Since these adventures would be Game Mastery products rather than Pathfinder products, a license wouldn't be needed (beyond the OGL) and the adventures wouldn't be linked to the Pathfinder setting and thus remain setting neutral, like all of NG's adventures.
Currently, GameMastery products seem to be few and far between. I don't see why Paizo couldn't slip one of Necromancer's 3.5 adventure into the production/release schedule every once in a while. Paizo already intends to do Necromancer Games' 4E products which, in accordance with the GSL, will require an entirely new product line to be created. Why not just use an existing product line to make new Necromancer 3E products as well?
Of course, its probably not that simple and there's probably more involved than I'm aware of but it's just sorta my own personal theory/thought/idea of how Necromancer could get out of "idle" and back into action.

My wallet seems to have taken a liking to the abuse. The mere mention of Paizo will send it into a fit of screaming "Whip me! Beat me! It hurts so good!". It can be rather embarassing when it happens in public.
Greg,
Hopefully I'm not stepping out of line here but I figured I would pass this along in case you may have missed it.

A few minor facts that may be of some interest to you:
1) I own a copy of "The Anarchist's Cookbook".
2) I have a documented history of mental illness.
3) I live in Washington State.

Krauser_Levyl wrote: Nope. It's just that, now that the Axebeak, Giant Slug, and the Leucrotta were included in the list, the thread changed from "Classic Monsters not in the 4E MM" to "Personal favorite monsters not in the 4E MM". I guess its a matter of personal definition regarding the term "classic". Obviously, not everyone is going to agree on what is a "classic" and what is not.
Oops. I see Mimic was already listed.
I'm not finding Horned Devil in the 4E MM. Am I just missing it or is it another one for the list?
There are no Bombardier, Boring, Rhinoceros, Stag, or Water Beetles. There is a Fire Beetle but its nothing like the "classic" Fire Beetle.
I don't recall seeing a Giant Centipede either which I find odd considering the card for the Dungeon of Dread mini had 4E stats
Also missing are:
Axe Beak
Centaur
Cockatrice (yet there's a mini for it in the upcoming set)
Ghast
Giant Frog
Giant Slug
Giant Wasp
Leucrotta
Mimic
Sabre-tooth Tiger
Winter Wolf
Bad things happen in threes: Gary Gygax, Bob Bledsaw, and now Erick Wujick. :(
Would it be possible to add the following item to Order #958943:
Bits of Darkness: Dungeon Duo (d20) Print Edition
Publisher- Tabletop Adventures
Price- $18.90
Thank you for your assitance
Is it possible to add/remove items to/from an order that was just placed? If so, how?
I have the extreme privledge of having been asked by my 11 year old nephew-by-association to teach him to game. All he really knows about gaming is Uncle Gary (that would be me) does it therefor it MUST be cool. :D
I've decided to start him out with HeroQuest so he can get used to the idea of there being a GameMaster and the players working together rather than competing with each other.
From there, I'm going to use the 3E Revised Basic Game and a number of the 2E Adventure Packs such as "Goblin's Lair" and "Haunted Tower". Once he's comfortable with more complicated play, I'll introduce him to "Castle & Crusades".
Teach him to game and help me work on my parenting/teaching skills... sounds like a winner to me. The fact that he'll worship the ground I walk on is an added bonus ;)

I think the inclusion of Salvatore is still in the works... unless I've missed something.
I will openly admit without any shame whatsoever that I am a Drizzt fan (even though I pronounce it wrong) so IMO, Salvatore possibly being involved with Pathfinder is just too cool
Personally, I like the "World Domination" strategy.
In PFAP#1, we have a Riddleport mercenary by the name of Orik Vancaskerkin. In PFAP#7, we have a renegade Karvosan Guard by the name of Verik Vancaskerkin.
What gives? A common name? Are they meant to be related? Authors just like the name and use it alot? Inside joke/Easter Egg of some type?
Viva la Revolucion!!!!!

EAT IT, BIZNATCHES!!!!!
Cool. Thank you very much.
I ordered "Burnt Offerings" with the alternate cover (Karzoug) but recieved the standard cover (Valeros) instead.
Can this be corrected or should I just re-order?
