I'll likely use 2nd and 3.5 to game with unless 4th is just fantastic.
While I will look at 4th edition, I'm pretty fed up with WotC (read: Chris Perkins and his ego and Rich Baker, Chris Perkins yes man) who are so inept that they have to kill the Forgotten Realms and start over. Very good adventures indeed. Selecting Sean K. Reynolds to do the Church of Desna… very smart. I think we all know he rocks at fleshing out deities and their dogma. Rob Lazzaretti did a great job mapping as I’ve become accustomed to. I even like the quality of the cover and paper stock.

Now that the good is out of the way, I will air my only complaint. Some of the interior art SUCKS. No other way to pretty that point up. Whichever artist is responsible for the block bugbear and ranger guy with the 10 ft bastard sword in issue #1… eww. I’m not knocking the artist’s skill, but the style made my eyes bleed. In issue #2 we have Justice Ironbar. This is just retarded looking. Bug World of Warcraft floppy donkey ears on the elf, not to mention clothing that only a 1st level Jester would wear, if he had a score of bodyguards to protect him. Of the interior that is good, most of it clearly is the work of Andrew Hou, the rest has some really nice work, but I am unfamiliar with the artists. The covers of course are great.

Hopefully you will be able to agree on the artwork I have mentioned, good and bad, and thank you for taking up where WotC dropped the ball on us.
Having read issue #1 cover to cover, and just browsing through issue #2 I will offer some feedback. While there are plenty of great new fantasy artists, let's give credit where credit is due. erol Otis rocks and i'd love to see more of his work.
