hey, there is an item in my sidecart set to ship with the december shipment, gamemastery map pack lairs. Which i have purchased on the great golem sale. If i have not already been charged for this item (i don't think i have.) could i please have it removed from the sidecart as i have just purchased it from you during the (admittedly awesome) great golem sale.
Hey there, I have been back from the trip for a bit now and went to check on this to see when i could expect it to arrive. The order is still showing suspended on the page though. So it can be unsuspended at any time and shipped out.

Thank you very much! I look forward to when I can finally pick it up!
Thank you very much for placing it on hold for me until then! However it will not let me subscribe to the baseset + add on as it already has me subscribed for just the add on. (somehow the base set was not an option when i went there via the page earlier). So can the base set be added to my subscription or the subscription i set up be removed so i can resubscribe via that link?
Pathfinder Adventure Card Game Ongoing Subscription was removed from your shopping cart because you are already subscribed.
is what i see sadly at the current time.
My august shipment is one of the ones I am really looking forwards to, however I have recently learned I need to head out of state to watch over a sick family member for a couple weeks. I will be leaving town aug 23rd and not returning until Sep 2nd. Unfortunately that looks to be the point in time in which my shipment might arrive, if it doesn't look to be able to ship to arrive before the 22nd, is it possible to have the shipment held so it arrives after the 2nd? Other options would be having it ship with the September shipment... though I would hate the delay somewhat. Or switching it to shipping as soon as possible with 2 day shipping if that would get it here in time? Or I could try to have someone I trust check outside the door every few days though I would rather not resort to that. Also out of curiosity, is there a way to Start the pathfinder card game subscription with the Base set? (which hasn't shipped yet to my knowledge.) Or should I go through amazon and get it cheaper.

Hoping for some help with these questions if you have the time.
I just received my order today and was really worried when I saw the torn up packaging, and even more worried when I saw what was inside. My adventure path guide is all torn up and bent in two places so it is hard to open without damaging much less read. Almost more importantly though, the combat pad I ordered is seriously damaged as well. and while I have yet to remove it from the packaging, I cannot imagine using it at the table with the large bend up in one corner, and the curve forced in the other. Several of the magnets look damaged as well, though I do not intend to open the package to find out. Is it possible to send these damaged items back in order to get working ones?
hey I just got my message that my order is ready to ship, only I actually got two emails, each saying that they are shipping 2 of the items.... was the order broken up and shipped twice instead of at once? should I be looking for two packages? does this mean extra shipping fees?
just a little confused as to whether I am looking for one package or two, esp as I was a little worried to see only a part of the order shipped. before finding the second email

in which case please do cancel this order. and I will reorder it again at a later date.
Hey, the order was placed quite a while ago, and I was expecting it over a week ago, so I logged in to see what was going on and it says it is still pending? so it hasn't even shipped yet? The order was paid for on June 21st so over two weeks ago now. Is there any eta on this? or will it just be shipped with my next subscription?(an option I would have chosen at the time if the subscription shipment hadn't been over 3 weeks away) Just like some idea what is going on if possible
actually it was on several items i had been wanting to buy that didn't go on sale... blood of fiends and blood of angels print versions... were full regular price... for now i just removed them from the cart... and will continue waiting to buy them probably
It isn't showing my pathfinder advantage benefit when i try to purchase things this weekend... even though i am shipping the items with my next subscription purchase... is black friday sale messing with the prices? for the time being i removed the non friday things from my order and have held off on finalizing it... please respond soon due to sale timing...
Hey i know that the post said that you were running a bit behind on shipments for august, so i haven't posted before. But starting to get a bit worried about my subscription shipment which has been stuck at pending for ages. Hoping it isn't going to be delayed until september or anything, but if it is could you lemme know?
Please cancel my Paizo Roleplaying main subscription for now, due to both money issues and the fact that we aren't terribly interested in the next few boxes coming up. I'll hopefully be able to resubscribe later. and would like to keep my AP subscription as it is.
Not a problem! thanks for the heads up!
hey i got the this should be shipped message on the 18th... saying it would go out the 20th. and i know i need to allow 5-8 buisness days for shipment, which has now passed... and it is usually here way faster then that. is there a way to track the order to see when it will arrive or if it got held up?

Oh boy, this definitely brings back memories... we were visiting a mountain dungeon complex run by a mad wizard... and ended up with a total party kill (capture actually.) so we had a fun little scene where the gm as wizard taunted our helpless and caged pcs about how we were going to help replace all the monsters we killed, before we all blacked out. when we all woke up again, in different parts of the complex, with no equipment, we were all different monsters, and only had so long to find each other (and figure out that the manticore you are fighting is actually your damn wizard...) and find a cure.It was an absolute blast playing around with a displacer beast stats as a rogue, especially when the gm would chime in with fun things like your thoughts are becoming increasingly beastial, and that goblin (the fighter lol) is looking increasingly tasty. (i swear he caught me salivating over him a few times...) Major fun, and in the end a dead wizard and our forms back.
Once again i wish to cancel my campaign setting subscription since as usual the map folio is of 0 interest to me nor does it really expand the campaign world any. I will renew my subscription as soon as possible after the map folio has passed however ^.^

Rake is pretty simple i'd think, whats your claw damage? assuming it gives you the claws for the rake and you have none yourself, use base medium creature claw damage. ie (1d4), rake is then 2d4+ 1/2 str (2 claw damage, and a secondary attack so half str), boom alchemist with rake... not as intimidating as it might sound honestly...
As a longtime rulebook subscriber, i have been universally happy with this subscription, only to check my list to see what was coming up, and find instead of the beastiary 3, which i thought was my next subscription item, instead i am getting a begginer box set? This item holds absolutely no allure for me or my group, as i have all the core books already, like i would expect most subscribers would have at least the regular core book. Making this sadly an extremely undesireable item to me.
I really hate to ask, but is there a way to have this box set removed from my subscription list, or failing that, to cancel the core subscription until after it is passed and resubscribe me for the rest afterwards?
If this isn't possible, ill still pick up the slack and purchase the item, but it seems a very strange thing to me to have in the middle of a subscription.
I am seeing it when i go to the my subscribtions link at the top of the page, this is what it tells me.
pending 1x Pathfinder Roleplaying Game: Ultimate Combat (OGL) Hardcover

mid-September 1x Pathfinder Adventure Path #50: Night of Frozen Shadows (Jade Regent 2 of 6) (PFRPG), $13.99
Now if its canceled thats all well and good, as long as it doesnt try to ship itself in its own order
noticed today that carrion crown worked its way back into my lineup, im assuming that its a case, of the automated system fighting back still
pending 1x Pathfinder Campaign Setting: Pathfinder Society Field Guide (PFRPG)
late July 1x Pathfinder Adventure Path #48: Shadows of Gallowspire (Carrion Crown 6 of 6) (PFRPG) Print Edition
so its trying to get back in there, if possible could you take it back out? (and maybe take it out back and shoot it a few times to keep it out?)
I was informed by email that my ap subscription had been set to start with jade regent as per my request. I was quite happy with how things worked out, until today when it is trying to bill me for the carrion crown ap as well as the jade regent which should be the start of my order.
to reiterate, i do NOT want carrion crown 6. I do NOT have the rest of the AP because i have recently started as a player in the ap. I DO want my subscription to start with jade regent, as we are all excited by the chance to revisit sandpoint and the eastern adventures.
todays billing attempt-
This is once more not what i want, so if possible please contact me as soon as the situation is rectified
Regarding your messageboard post, here:
I have just gone ahead and set the starting volume of your AP subscription to Jade Regent #1. If this is what you would like to have happen, then no further action is necessary. If you would rather get Carrion Crown #36 as your starting volume, please let me know and I will undo the changes I have made.
If you have any further questions or concerns, please let me know. Thanks!

Thank you very much. thats exactly what i would like. Speaking of the ap subscription, it seems to have the same problem almost that the campaign subscription did. 1st part of jade regent is late july, 6th part of carrion crown is early august( aug 4th it says..) so to get started on jade regent properly i had to purchase it for starting with carrion crown 6? which doesn't make much sense, but jade regent is a must have for our group so if i have to i have to.
Wondered when i was going to get the email for this on ready to ship, since the pdf was coming out tomorrow. and i took a look and it says in subscriptions mid august now instead of early july like it did before? then i went to the sidecart to try your suggestion to get it shipping immediately, and it seems it doesn't want to let me do that since there is another item in the sidecart and it wont ship until "all items are present" which again i suppose means august, is there a way to just get dungeons of golarion subscription started sooner? I can wait a month for this if i need to, but i'd really rather not.

I've added Dungeons of Golarion to your subscription. It is in your sidecart set to ship with the next subscription shipment. If you would like to ship it sooner, just go to your My Account page, scroll down to the sidecart box and click the "ship as soon as possible" button.
Thank you very much!

I have done so.
I had been waiting to resubscribe to start with the dungeons of golarion issue... sadly it seems that dungeons isn't a current option for the subscription, which seems very strange to me.
If possible can i get the subscription i just set up to start with the dungeons of golarion campaign setting book? and Then the society field guide? I have been trying to wait till it goes past the carrion map guide. as i am actually a player in that game, and thus i really don't want (and wont pay for) a map guide for that ap(honestly it seems strange to have ap only materials in a subscription that is not for the ap or maps...).
Thank you very much.
ok. well i am just finishing up book five for my group (and let me say, runeforge is crazy. and the first thing i realized when i was looking through the dungeon is that while each area is absolutely fine for a lab or workspace. these people were always intended to Live there for the rest of their lives... thus to most of the areas i added a second level accessible by a staircase(either hidden or non) to living areas. in a few places like wrath this was a large area filled with a forced breeding pit, part of a partially collapsed arena, and the sinspawn pen (with hints of a sinspawn breeding experiment as well, because my players don't mind R or X rated bits in an campaign focused on the seven deadlies.)
going to go over some of the changes i made by area, as well as maybe a few suggestions on other ways to handle it.
To start the ones you mentioned. sloth and envy
Sloth- The best thing ever with sloth i found is the fact they DIDN't give me a map, it made me be creative and come up with the fact that slothful people wouldn't care to wander around long tunnels or passages on their own... so for sloth i just made some hallways and specific rooms. (not actually connected) The trick with the labyrinth is that the place twists and turns to bring you where you want to go at that second, a perfect thing for slothful people.... but hell if you have a group wandering around not realizing they need to focus on a destination. when they got hungry they found the messy hall (with a cornucopia and a small tribe of goblins that worshiped the great food producing thing... dangerous goblins living here, but still much amusement was had with thrown food improvised weapons vs a surprised spellcaster..) the baths, and other suitably decadent locations, deteremined at random until they figured the trick out. (someone is always thinking about/wanting something after all)(made up a list of rooms and a 1d10 chart to find em)
Envy- Envy was the most fun for me honestly, though i had to expand the abjurant halls somewhat, it let me play once again with an older mechanic... haunts! in one of the southern rooms i placed a nasty haunt that envyed the fact that the player was still alive and tried to take that life energy... in another there was a haunt that envied the players body.. and tried to posses the player(for a good few rounds of amusing fun...), and of course the oldest bit of all with the abjurant lord's corpse sitting there in his half destroyed library(if i cant have it no one can), his body still absorbing magic and life force from the area each round... it really played up the folly and danger of the sin, especially with the little snippets of appropriate visions and words plaguing the characters(vision of a desperate mage grabbing you while ranting over you still living while they aren't and how unfair it was... thinking your the lord of envy while surrounded by an alliance of the others who (of course) are out to kill you because they envy your obvious greatness and even while wounded you wont let them get away with this.... even if the "combat" in that area was only minor, it definitely perked things up a lot.
Wrath- as said, i took the entry area, and made the red teleport circle go to the other level, which had the breeding areas, the partial arena, the small training area where several children were becoming the next breed of wrathful warriors(and it was fun to see the moral question of what to do with a swarm of raging children... to retaliate. or not?-used the mob rules for them) the holding pen for created sinspawn, and a few other small connected areas.
Greed- Greed didn't change much, the addition of a small horde in the "living" level which i added branching off from stairs in each of the pool rooms (instead of a full level i put a group of 4 rooms above each pool room in a square basically, it worked fine, especially since it let me play some more with transmuting traps and tricks the older mages left.
Lust- Lust was easy enough, since at one point there WAS supposed to be a full group of people there, i made a trap door under the pavillion which led down to their richly furnished old corridors, complete with some summoning chambers, murals of extremely debauched acts, as well as a few interesting situations... including a "training" room that looked more like a dungeon, and some Animate objects that attempted to chain down and "train" the first few people in the room, i would say more, especially about certain assimar learning about things that do and don't fit... except then i would have to rate the post x rated...
Pride- Pride was down and out hilarious. no holds barred... the mirror trap is insanely fun, esp with an amusing group... the eldritch knight duplicates herself first. followed by the cleric... they then run back down the hallway to avoid fighting in an area where the rest of the party will duplicate themselves... (not realizing the mirrors had limits), so they trade spells for a minute, but to avoid complications of which eldritch knight is the real one... the real one used the stalkers mask to duplicate sulani(the sorceress), and also cast mirror image... so now there are 7 sorceresses... not having a target that round, (since the doubles took cover behind the wall at the start of the hall while buffing) the sorceress also cast mirror image... bringing it to 14 sulani's in a tight space.. and a very confused cleric and rogue... the rogue figuring to take advantage of the confusion to avoid being targeted used his hat of disguise to Also become sulani.... so when the next round happened and the mirror foes looked. there were now 15 sorceresses, and one very confused cleric... which led to one of the eldritch knights greasing the floor and ducking back, while the other mirror imaged as well and used Their duplicated stalkers mask... also to look like sulani...
Gluttony is what they are gearing up for now.. and other then expand the "crypt" theme of the area slightly by placing a couple more mausuleums , it also doesn't need much.
But there, hope that was some of the ideas you were looking for, if not hopefully it helped or was at least amusing.

I think you missed the entire point there.. no one is capturing an entire ap, but doing a book of the ap as a play. it would be like the harry potter movies.. each book of the ap a seperate production... maybe with the finale split in two as well.... or maybe an epic miniseries.... i could so get into a well done kingmaker miniseries...
If we are placing our requests for awesome AP..
Definitely Linnorn kings.. there is so much awesome that could be fit into that area... clan wars.. rampaging linnorn.. evil witches... yeah lets do that!
For a City based AP (which after playing in CoCT i would desperately love to do again..) Why not do Absalom! The haven of the starstone! With so many ruins around the area, history, and intrigue in the largest city in the world... it could easily be an awesome site for a 6 book ap.. caught up in intrigue... theft... political control... yeah why not!
and if we are just plain going for the awesome... lets have an ap based on the mana wastes... start out in nex or another nearby region... learn of the location of or someone ELSE has learned of the location of one of the artifacts in the wastes... try to recover it or find the ancient counter to said artifiact the other mage used before open war and destruction springs out again? who wouldn't love it!
maybe a nonhuman ap? or one focused on them? this could be very awesome as well... the elves were pretty central in second darkness. why not a dwarf/orc war ap... plenty of politics in dwarven cities as well, and orcs have a ton going for them if they could find a powerful enough warleader to get behind...
So many different things i'd love to see the paizo AP crew get behind... must keep buying aps....
Simplest answer. i always enforce the rule... you cannot teleport *SAFELY* to anyplace you or the one doing the teleport has not seen. Answers 99% of the problems right there... sure you can use pictures or descriptions... but those always have built in innaccuracies and incur risks most intelligent(ie high level) spellcasters aren't willing to take unless they have strong personal reasons to.
This brings in higher level scrying (and many important places like Xin Shalast would be hard/dangerous to scry, and may attract the notice of people in those places), studying the location, and THEN procuring the teleport... usually not just one spell. but several high level spells in conjunction, which not only begins to get expensive quickly, can still possibly be dangerous. Hell teleporting in front of one of the largest landmarks in the city... (say... castle korvosa)... will get you swarmed with gaurds faster then a pirana can strip a halfling most days. So remember! always use caution when bouncing around realities!

This sounds like a lot of fun, and good to have more options for the players in the players guides... that mentioned... Iconics! they aren't in the AP anymore itself, so why not put them in the players guide! My group always likes to have one or more of the iconics around as an NPC/PC/Mascot, and the level one blurbs for the iconics aren't that much space.. esp when you aren't printing the players guides!
Liz Courts wrote:
We haven't done printed copies of the Player's Guides since Legacy of Fire.
Sounds like the perfect place to put the AP's iconic's in then since they aren't in the books themselves now!
As my friend and fellow gm has taken a definite (and possibly unholy) liking to the Carrion crown AP, and is planning on running it once it is fully out, I am canceling my AP subscription for the duration of the carrion crown path to avoid spoiling the surprise for myself. I look forward to resubscribing for Jade regent most likely, and wish to keep my other subscriptions active.
got a couple here to get caught up with... first off
Story- After the skinsaw murders started, regardless of the notes the pcs became absolutely convinced it was some sort of undead(which was correct...) and that it must be Chopper come back!(huh?) After some interrogation they found the folk had just buried chopper on his isle in a shallow grave and left, so they took it upon themselves to go investigate. Since chopper WAS actually an ideal canidate for undead based on unhallowed ground he was buried on and the runewell, they found his Wight(undead cursed by anger and wrath.. it just worked perfect) still going through the motions of carving birds in the temple of Pazuzu. During the fight the Cavalier did a bit of over taunting of the crazed anger maddened undead, and took a critical level drain to the face... Of course the fun really started a couple rounds later, after the damaged group finally slew chopper, only to turn around and find their cavalier's corpse rising up with hate filled eyes.....
Name of PC:Thomas
Story- Much craziness was happening in the assault on sandpoint, with people running around everywhere trying to stem the depredations of the giants, and a dragon had just appeared in the sky. Of course things got even better when Longtooth torched the dwarven clerics favorite bar.... Seeing it as his divine mission from Cayden to find the best beer around and return home with it in triumph... this really pissed off the Dwarf. Resulting in him casting fly, and charging longtooth as he settled on top of the building to amuse himself. The big dragon was somewhat surprised at the critical dwarven axe to the face from a projectile dwarf screaming obscenities, and decided to focus his attacks on the strange flying morsel. One round of full attacks later and a confirmed critical biting, and Poor Thomas was at -2 hp right away. The dragons next action was of course to chew, swallow, and make commentary about lovely beer marinated meat...
Name of PC: JAcian D'arnthas
Story- being the first person out of the solid fog, the bard immediately began playing music and trying to guide his companions out. Mokumorian took exception to this and immediately cast flesh to stone on the lil singing thing, resulting in a lovely stone statue. Having no other real targets on his next action, mokumorian proceeded to disintergrate the statue, laughing all the while, leaving only a pile of clothes and some odd bits of equipment left behind when the rest of the group finally managed to engage the big guy, needless to say, some of the group was a bit worried after that....
So, i have kept watchin for this and now it's actually the 1st of march, at which point should i start to worry?
I know there was a lot of email mixups around that time earlier in the month, did something get mixed up or messed up in shipping as well?
Seriously curious about if there is a problem with the order at this point, i keep checking for it every day and it hasn't arrived, and i just checked a bit ago to see that i got the it has shipped email over 13 days ago now. Wondering if there is some kind of mix up with this, a tracking number for the package, or if rabid dragons ate it. At this point it definitely seems more then a little bit overdue.

Ah but how many will be susceptible to wedgies and taunting?
though to be honest rogues are no longer anything close to a 1 trick wonder with sneak attack.. (not that they ever were but were often treated that way), and it really isn't any different then a sorc encountering tons of spell resistant or high resist style foes... or tanks encountering high DR foes etc.... every class has its weaknesses or some enemies others are better at handling.... and its strengths as well. Usually the APs are great adventures in that they have enough of a mixture of enemies and situations everyone has a chance to shine...
