These are great figures, the art is lovely.

However, I have a small suggestion. In future sets, is it possible to have all the folds lines in a row on the paper? It is really easy to put together when you can just score, fold and glue an entire row together (look at RotRL set for an example of what I mean), as opposed to have to score every figure individually. I would prefer to cut off the extra white space on the figures for this utility.

And I vote for LoF to be finished first....we have been waiting patiently for a long time for this one, and from a selfish perspective, I am just about to start running Jackal's Price :)

Osirion sanwah68 (Paizo Charter Superscriber, Pathfinder Battles Case Subscriber)

Or this guy from Hell Dorado. Ok, you end up with an extra figure, but the figure should be about perfect, methinks.

Edit: Oops, missed the comment about breastplate, maybe not as perfect, still a cool figure though.

We have just finished the Price of Immortality series and are playing From Shore to Sea, with it being moved to the Lake.

Osirion sanwah68 (Paizo Charter Superscriber, Pathfinder Battles Case Subscriber)

Yes please....especially if it also includes some of the small, or tiny creatures

Osirion sanwah68 (Paizo Charter Superscriber, Pathfinder Battles Case Subscriber)

I'd buy it.

And to make it a question...any chance of Dinosaurs of Golarian??

Osirion sanwah68 (Paizo Charter Superscriber, Pathfinder Battles Case Subscriber)

I am currently looking into buying Herolab and read through this thread. I was lookin for the answer to the following question: will the extra PF data sets be available through Paizo. I like to have my downloads all in the same place.

Osirion sanwah68 (Paizo Charter Superscriber, Pathfinder Battles Case Subscriber)

James,

What Human ethnicities would the natives of lastwall most likely to be??

Osirion sanwah68 (Paizo Charter Superscriber, Pathfinder Battles Case Subscriber)

Or this one...link though it is a Gnome.

I bought one for my husband's Cavalier from Paizo (it is showing as unavailable now) and it also came with an unmounted version. If you put the name into google there seems to be a few purchasing options.

Osirion sanwah68 (Paizo Charter Superscriber, Pathfinder Battles Case Subscriber)

Dark Sword also has a nice Tengu. there is a thread in the Gaming Miniatures section of the boards specifically on Tengu miniature suggestions.

Osirion sanwah68 (Paizo Charter Superscriber, Pathfinder Battles Case Subscriber)

But only during a Full Attack action,ie they cannot make a move action, but they can do a free 5 foot step

Osirion sanwah68 (Paizo Charter Superscriber, Pathfinder Battles Case Subscriber)

i don't know where you are, but I am in Australia. I recieved a parcel sent from Paizo on 11 December yesterday . If that helps....

Dinosaurs can appear anywhere you want. They're mostly wild in the Mwangi Expanse, certain regions of the Realm of the Mammoth Lords, the Shackles, Sargava, and Mediogalti Island, but they can show up wherever. They're not in a "save for only one spot on the map" category at all. It's kind of like asking "where can reptiles be found on Golarion?"

Narrowing the question down to specific species of dinosaur would get you a lot more focused questions... but as an entire animal type... yeah... they can be found all over.

I am all afire to have a witch with a Compy familiar since I read about it Bestiary 2, so I was just wondering where the witch would be from to have a Compy.

Another vote for Platypus.

And also Diprotodon (megafauna Wombat)

Why would one want a normal Platypus if you can have the giant platypus?

http://www.theaustralian.com.au/news/world/giant-platypus-in-chinese-fossil s/story-e6frg6so-1111118442573

Because I have seen them in the wild and they are very cute. That doesn't mean I don't think a giant one is not a good thing, but I would like a normal one first.

How do people handle a mix of core rules and beginner box chanracters at the table, eg attacks of Opportunity and other things that don't come into the BB characters??

Osirion sanwah68 (Paizo Charter Superscriber, Pathfinder Battles Case Subscriber)

I am planning on taking a Compsognathus familiar for my new witch character, but am having issues finding a figure.

The smallest Raptor I can find is the old Felldrakes from the Chainmail series, but they would probably be counted as Small, not Tiny. Anyone know of anything smaller??

Edit: Don't worry, found one on a 15mm site. They only come in lots of 6, but a girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do :)

Osirion sanwah68 (Paizo Charter Superscriber, Pathfinder Battles Case Subscriber)

I thought that might be the case...but had to ask :)

As for the listing: if you go into an individual product page (I looked at the first of the Serpents Skull sets) and look up the top there is a listing of "see also", they are listed as Paizo Products there.

Osirion sanwah68 (Paizo Charter Superscriber, Pathfinder Battles Case Subscriber)

My 7 yr old son got me (with help from his dad) the Freebooter's Fate Amazon box....very nice.

Osirion sanwah68 (Paizo Charter Superscriber, Pathfinder Battles Case Subscriber)

Hi there,

I understand the limitations on the Christmas Card order, but have one question. The Pathfinder Paper Minis are listed as Paizo products in some places and in other places not. Is the Christmas Card able to be used for them, or not??

Thanks

Osirion sanwah68 (Paizo Charter Superscriber, Pathfinder Battles Case Subscriber)

And it is listed as legal under the PFS additional resources

Osirion sanwah68 (Paizo Charter Superscriber, Pathfinder Battles Case Subscriber)

When is the preorder end date??

Osirion sanwah68 (Paizo Charter Superscriber, Pathfinder Battles Case Subscriber)

I hope the end date for the pre-order takes into account the damage done to our budgets from the christmas season... :) hint, hint....

Osirion sanwah68 (Paizo Charter Superscriber, Pathfinder Battles Case Subscriber)

The Gnome is easy...this one.

I bought one for my husband's Cavalier from Paizo (it is showing as unavailable now) and it also came with an unmounted version. If you put the name into google there seems to be a few purchasing options.

Gilfalas: it may even be the same figure.

Osirion sanwah68 (Paizo Charter Superscriber, Pathfinder Battles Case Subscriber)

I love these dice bags and have been eyeing them off since I saw them with the Ennie nomination. Now for the question: Will you be getting in the taller ones?? The short ones have no hope of holding my dice. Like many of my fellow players, over the years I have collected a substantial number.

Osirion sanwah68 (Paizo Charter Superscriber, Pathfinder Battles Case Subscriber)

It was in the original Campaign Setting, which was a 3.5ed book and has been updated with the Inner Sea World Guide, which does not have that option :)

Osirion sanwah68 (Paizo Charter Superscriber, Pathfinder Battles Case Subscriber)

I am wondering...where do you pick up the first one?? I would love to read it.

Osirion sanwah68 (Paizo Charter Superscriber, Pathfinder Battles Case Subscriber)

And in Australia...the movie is called "Mad Max" :)

PS, I read through the slang dictionary, and although I am Australian, I didn't know some of the terms....I would use them very sparingly, a lot of them would be quite jarring and a lot are very regional (I noticed that there were a lot from a Queensland perspective).

The set I'd most love to see at this point in time is one for the next chapter of Kingmaker (i.e. The Varnhold Vanishing).

My vote is for the next one for Legacy of Fire, as there has been a big gap between the release of the first two and now....and I am starting to DM the third part tomorrow :)

Does Channel Energy look the same, flavor-wise, no matter what deity the cleric worships?

I kind of imagine a cleric of Sarenrae's channeled energy looking like sunlight, but i can't imagine a cleric of Gorum's looking the same.
That depends entirely on the GM. In my games, no, channeled energy looks SIGNIFICANTLY different based on your deity. A worshiper of Pazuzu might spew out a cloud of flesh-eating birds when he channels negative energy, while a cleric of Sarenrae might cause a burning halo to manifest over the heads of the targets she chooses that then shoots divine power down into their heads.
I love that! How would you give the other core deities the same treatment?
By making things up on the spot, or consulting my old notes for the deities from my home brew. I'm not gonna list 20 alternative special effects here, since that sounds an awful lot like work, and I post to this thread when I want to DODGE work.

I respect that.

I actually just found a really cool article from Wayfinder #2 on this very subject.

Or try this thread, which I think was the inspiration for the wayfinder article. I had actually forgotten about it, but now I was reminded I was able to go back and favourite it, so thanks for the subject.

I think that it's a glitch in the system.

I think that December should be something like this:

1x Pathfinder Roleplaying Game: Bestiary 3 (OGL) Hardcover
1x Pathfinder Player Companion: Dragon Empires Primer (PFRPG)
1x Pathfinder Module: The Ruby Phoenix Tournament (PFRPG)
1x Pathfinder Campaign Setting: Dragon Empires Gazetteer (PFRPG)
1x Pathfinder Adventure Path #53: Tide of Honor (Jade Regent 5 of 6) (PFRPG)

And the Pathfinders Battles - Heros and Monsters.

I think it is definately a glitch for some of us as their product schedule hasn't changed.

Osirion sanwah68 (Paizo Charter Superscriber, Pathfinder Battles Case Subscriber)

I am also showing as all my subscriptions in January and none in December.

Osirion sanwah68 (Paizo Charter Superscriber, Pathfinder Battles Case Subscriber)

They are very similiar, aren't they??

Osirion sanwah68 (Paizo Charter Superscriber, Pathfinder Battles Case Subscriber)

em4 miniatures have some small spaceships here (you wil need to scroll down to the end of the page). I have a couple of bags of these and they are a good standard battlemat size, though the flight bases that come with them are standard hex bases, not 25mm square.

Osirion sanwah68 (Paizo Charter Superscriber, Pathfinder Battles Case Subscriber)

I like the simplicity of the website. It is exactly what it needs to be.

Looking at my account page, I have one next to my name. I am a one star PFS DM, so I am assuming it means that.

Edit: Interestingly, it doesn't show on this post :) Maybe my subscriptions are too long

Now for a jump to the left.....

What season 0 scenerio is the "Song of the Sea Witch" associated with? Is it better to play the season 0 one in conjunction with these?

We play a home PFS, so anything is doable :)

I would love a Flip mat of Blakros, with the other side either the basement level from Voice in the Void or the hidden temple below that from the same scenario. And maybe a Map Pack of the Basement and Sub-basement if it isn't the flip-side. Or even a Map pack of variant rooms, including a big Pyramid to add to the main room! This has some awesome possibilities!

I would buy something like this in a heartbeat....

Osirion sanwah68 (Paizo Charter Superscriber, Pathfinder Battles Case Subscriber)

Dean, there is a thread down in the Compatable Product section on this exact subject. Basically, Bill has just recieved the books. He will be packing them up next Monday and Tuesday and they will be winging their way to us :)

Osirion sanwah68 (Paizo Charter Superscriber, Pathfinder Battles Case Subscriber)

Hi there,

Just a little comment, I just downloaded and printed this out. Page 4 is missing the 6 little circles for the bases for the cultists. Doesn't worry me as I use a craft cutter for my circles, but something you might want to fix up.

Osirion sanwah68 (Paizo Charter Superscriber, Pathfinder Battles Case Subscriber)

I love these sets, and just thought I would add a little trick to make the bases even easier to cut out. I have bought some 1 inch and 2 inch strapbooking hole punchs...a breeze to cut out bases with them.

Osirion sanwah68 (Paizo Charter Superscriber, Pathfinder Battles Case Subscriber)

My personal favourite figure , I think he looks like Inigo Montoya, but with gun.

Osirion sanwah68 * (Paizo Charter Superscriber, Pathfinder Battles Case Subscriber)

you are probably thinking of the rebuilding from season 0 (3.5ed) to season 1 (PFRPG). It was similiar to what you are talking of, but is only relevant for the update from 3.5ed to PFRPG. Otherwise....see above.

Osirion sanwah68 (Paizo Charter Superscriber, Pathfinder Battles Case Subscriber)

Hi all,

My husband recieved a robocutter for his birthday and I was wondering if there is any plans for the paper minis to come with robocutter files?? (personally, I would pay double for this, it would make the cutting out a breeze).

If not, has anyone made their own that they would be happy to share??

Osirion sanwah68 (Paizo Charter Superscriber, Pathfinder Battles Case Subscriber)

We had a complete newbie GM start Serpent's Skull...she actually found it really hard to prep for due to the sandboxy nature of the first book. Her impression, not mine, I have not read it as one day I hope to play it.

We ended up using the three modules mentioned above, with her running Crypt of the Everflame and then going into a rotating GM thing.

Hope that helps.

Osirion sanwah68 * (Paizo Charter Superscriber, Pathfinder Battles Case Subscriber)

DarthGoob, thanks for this thread, it clarified some of the things I was going to ask about, except for one.

When you can spend PP to purchase something eg the 750gp item for 2 pp, does it still have to be within you fame spending limit? We are playing through the Intro modules and I wish to buy a Wand of CLW using PP, but didn't know if I can until I have 9 Fame.

Osirion sanwah68 (Paizo Charter Superscriber, Pathfinder Battles Case Subscriber)

Alain, the iconic Cavalier, mounted.

Actually a whole range of Cavaliers mounted and matching unmounted would be nice, but that is probably more for the Dark Heaven range.
