So if you are flying, and cast it directly below you onto a flat surface, would it just stay in place?

If I have ranks in Linguistics, does my familiar get extra languages from those skill ranks? It is an improved familiar and has the ability to speak languages.

If I have a INT headband, does the familiar also get the ranks for the skill associated with the item?

I'm looking at creating a Qinggong monk NPC and was wondering I swap out Slow Fall for the Barkskin Ki Power at level 4 does it meet Arcane Strike's prerequisite of 'Ability to cast arcane spells'?

I have never been into the double digit levels before and we are now worried about scrying attempts.

We're playing Kingmaker and looking for ways to protect our council chamber from unwanted eyes.

I have found the spell Detect Scrying and that looks pretty cool. But I was wondering if there were other ways, like making the room itself permanently protected.

Last week my character unfortunately became a bit to much of a target with his new holy bow and died. A few days later he was raised using raise dead. Now I have a few questions about what experiences my character would have had?

Do you go straight to your chosen deity (assuming you led a life they consider worthy)?

Is there a limbo stage first?

Does time feel at the same speed when you die?

What if you have no deity? My character was a staunch atheist so had no god.

What kind of things would I experience?

Would I even remember what it was like being dead?

I don't even know if there is any articles covering things like this. Links are fine.

The creature is also treated as one level lower for the purpose of level-dependent variables (such as spellcasting) for each negative level possessed. Spellcasters do not lose any prepared spells or slots as a result of negative levels.

So how do negative levels actually affect spellcasters?
