Hi,

I ordered a fine Christopher West map (ORDER # 1744720 including Maps of Mastery: Forsaken Lands—Swamp Caves & Desert Sanctum ) and the folds look as though they were either opened several times or compressed hard so the printed surface of the map has cracked. The other map in the same order (Maps of Mastery: Forsaken Lands—Swamp Caves & Desert Sanctum) came without the same damage.

Should I expect this when I order non-laminated maps? I didn't realize these weren't laminated, or even that they weren't Game Mastery products when I ordered (total oversight).

Is there a way to get these maps rolled rather than folded? I have always hated receiving folded paper poster-sized products.

Can I return this one for one that has not been pressed along the folds? The map is gorgeous but the regular white lines ruin the aesthetic.

Thanks,

-Ket

I have to say: I love Paizo. Your customer service is excellent. Whenever my Dungeon disappears you send me a new one right away from out of the office. (Since moving to Santa Monica, CA, I have been skipped on two months and no month has ever arrived within a week of the time I received it in Seattle.)

However, your fulfillment on other orders is terrible, and it's not just this miniature. I ordered a set of Sqwires. The order was processed and ready to ship on 4 May. It arrived on 18 May with a Priority Mail postmark of 16 May... 12 days after it was listed as ready to ship.

Though I ordered the Dragon the day it became available to Dungeon subscribers - last Sunday night, in time to give to my kids (who are big D&D players and are going away on Sunday 2 July for the summer) if it were, say, Amazon, there is no way it's going to get here. The FAQ says please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery, but nothing on any of the forms leading up to actually placing the order says that. I ordered UPS shipping this time so I could track it and in the hopes that it would receive higher priority than US Priority Mail, but it only helps when there is something to track.

Dunno who's doing your fulfillment, Paizo, but they're terrible when the shipping firms will do daily pick-ups faster and at no extra charge.

Since moving to Santa Monica 9 months ago, my Dungeons come late or not at all (and Paizo has corrected this each time I've reported it). Now the order in the subject shipped 4 May by Priority Mail Parcel and has not arrived. I just sent email and am following up here in case this is more frequently read.

By contrast another vendor in NC sent a package 9 May by Priority Mail and it arrived 11 May.

Wil Save is the first thing I read each month. I love it, it's gamer-tangental and cleanses the palate nicely.

Get Wil back, Erik.
