Hello all-
I know Paizo is a sponsor of Origins Game Fair this year. Are there going to be any artists, writers or designers there this year? Is the Free RPG Goblin module going to available there for purchase?

Last year I went and played some of the Adventure Card events. I look forward to jumping in a We B4 Goblins game and some other society events.

Thanks guys-
I plan on playing a ton of PFS and the PACG. It will be cool to meet some of the designers.
I was hoping to try and get some original art from Paizo artists.
I look forward to Origins and meeting other like minded people.

I am attending Origins in a month and was wondering if there is any official Paizo presence there.

I have been following the scheduled gaming session releases and it looks like there are PFS and Adventure Card games but is Paizo going to be there i nan official capacity?

*crosses fingers*

Sleeping up there was not the best idea. I prefer the forest. Please take me there.....*blurp*
Lini slumps over Droogami and hopes she makes it on shore with her dignity in tact.
Looking to Twigg...
Well fellow magic gnome lets go find some critters to play with. We should follow the pretty man, looking over at Linark.

Knowledge Geography to determine the most logical place to find the cave/den:1d20 + 9 ⇒ (3) + 9 = 12
Knowledge Nature if that works better:1d20 + 11 ⇒ (13) + 11 = 24

Lini looks up at the Crows Nest, eyes wide open.
I would very much like to go up there. Can I sleep up there? Is there room for my leopard? We like being outside. Do you have a parrot....or a monkey?
Lini realizes her verbal assault may be deterring us from leaving and bites her lip to stop the words from spewing out.

<---Zedril

At the door is Lini, as if she has been standing there waiting for an introduction.
We shall accompany you on your adventure.Lini is stroking her Snow Leopard. The exploration of new creatures is something I always look forward to.

What about art submissions?
Do you have specific guidelines/formats?

Hello all-
I have been looking for a list of all Pathfinder Society Boons available. Is there such a list out there? I am curious as to what they are and how to achieve them. I know many are limited and or convention exclusive, but I still want to know. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
thanks.

I would love to give it a whirl. I'll come up with something tonight and post. I may take you up on the offer for help if it proves difficult.
Thanks for trying something new.

I'd love to give it a whirl.
I have always wanted to try it. If this gets off the ground with a GM, I'm down.

vampire? there can be templates?

jtfoto: I see half-elf people

Lol, yeah but my half-elf's other half is a hobgoblin.

I love it, great idea.
If you still have room, I am all for the randomness of evil.

1d100 ⇒ 46
If this total is also a half-elf, I'd be fine reversing it to 64 to add some variety.

I'd be happy to roll everything as random as well, just give me the dice to roll.

No there isn't.

Awwwww. That's too bad. I'd love to get into an enormous event like this. Might I suggest an exploration into an online/PbP version of this or something to this scale.

There isn't an online equivalent to this is there?

Droid X2
IPad 3

I'd like more gameplay apps and less fun apps like the iCrit and iFumble. I'd love to be able to input basic data and track buffs or debuffs on my character.

A mobile character sheet would be incredible.

I use a mobile Spellbook that is the most useful for me. I can "star" my spells I know and have access to all the class spells instantly. It is not a paizo product, but is the best one out there for me. I'd support a paizo app similar to this if it was available.

Thanks guys. It is appreciated. I know of Dervish Dance, but doesn't fit for my concept.

I'll explore the Agile Weapon Enchantment.

OK, I think I know the answer here, but wanted some clarification.

With Weapon Finesse, your Dex mod is used in place of Strength mod for attacks, it has no mention of using Dex mod for damage rather than the Strength mod. Soooo, does it only apply to attacks?

Secondly I could not find a feat that allowed you to use Dex mod for melee damage, does such a feat exist?

Finishing up my Paladin as we speak.

Whats up guys?
Brute Squad invited me to play. Just wanted to check in and say I will write up a character tonight and be ready by midnight EST, give or take a few minutes.

Assuming 20 point buy and 2 traits?

If there are any preferences to class, I'll run anything.
Any restrictions on race, alignment?

OK, I'm intrigued.
I have a concept I'll submit. I'll finish it by tomorrow night.
Great idea Jacob.

Sounds like a great idea.

I'd be interested in writing a character for this.

Speaking as someone who holds an MFA and is a college professor, I'd suggest you research programs that provide variety in education. If you have several interests why not spend 2 years gaining an A.A. degree where you can take a sampling of courses to determine what you like best? 2 year schools will offer you a broader range of courses at a discounted tuition.

Upon completion of an AA, you need to transfer to a University, but you will have a greater understanding of what your interests are.

In all honesty, what you guys think you know in high school is useless compared to your college education. What you like about history now may be the fun, enlightening revelations of learning about cultures, but what happens when you are spending 25 hours a week reading and writing about that topic?

Do your research! If you cannot successfully find a school that fits you, you'll never make money in any field. Think about your goal after college, what do you want to spend the next 30 years doing? Not what do I want to do for 4 years?

And as a side note, years ago, getting a Bachelor's degree guaranteed you a job, now having a Master's is becoming more of a requirement.

Good luck in your research, this is the part of the process you should enjoy. Make choices that will provide a solid foundation for the rest of your life.

I'd love to do it, I have an Inquisitor ready to go.
Oh, and I was in the posted thread.

I have Dryten Zyral a half-elf rogue as an alias with basic stats. I'll format a quick guide shortly and the backstory as well.

I would also be interested in the pdf you have.

Still interested with my Inquisitor. I have this post dotted in case a GM pops up.

Thanks for giving me the re-rolls. It was tough seeing all the -1 and -2 "bonuses" on my sheet.

4d6 ⇒ (6, 3, 2, 3) = 14
4d6 ⇒ (2, 5, 3, 3) = 13

I am in the Eastern Time Zone - Florida.

I'll re-adjust my character and post it under my aliases.

I have a pretty open schedule, so I may be more flexible than others as far as a good time to post.

Nathan - if you want to play a Rogue instead, we can swap classes. I don't mind

I think I'll go with a Half-Elf Rogue to fill the party out a bit.
What is the policy on Archetypes?

Starting Gold - 4d6 ⇒ (4, 2, 2, 2) = 10=10 x 10=100 gold
Wow, I am expecting to roll nothing but critical hits.

Just for reference. I play in a weekly Pathfinder campaign on Thursday's and am quite familiar with Pathfinder.
It has been years since I have played in a true D&D campaign, so I am very excited.
I will begin rolling up a character now to compliment the party. With those poor stats I may have to be "unique". I think my rolls may have you beat Faol.

First off, thank you, I appreciate the opportunity.
I would be happy to fill in whatever role we need as well. So I'll role and then determine class and race.

4d6 ⇒ (1, 3, 6, 2) = 12 - 11
4d6 ⇒ (1, 3, 4, 2) = 10 - 9
4d6 ⇒ (4, 2, 1, 1) = 8 - 7
4d6 ⇒ (6, 1, 2, 1) = 10 - 9
4d6 ⇒ (6, 2, 6, 2) = 16 - 14
4d6 ⇒ (5, 6, 2, 4) = 17 - 15

Ewwwww!

I have an Inquisitor ready to go as well.
Been trying to find a PFS game for a bit now.

I'd like to be considered as an alternate or replacement if either become necessary.
Thanks.

My group plays tonight and we may get this going, assuming the server comes back up and everyone can finish the download.

I'd be interested. I have not played in a pbp game yet, but play weekly in a campaign at my local comic shop.

I'm fine running any type of character at any level in any adventure.

I have numerous lvl 1 characters written up already.

Good luck in advance.

Just submitted my application via Google Docs.

Here is my character:

Gryne Skystone:
Dwarf Inquisitor
Air Domain
Traits - Grounded & Buccaneer's Blood

Str-14
Dex-14
Con-12
Int-10
Wis-18
Cha-8 - figured I'd take a hit on Cha since I am a dwarf of the air domain

Weapons- Light Crossbow, Heavy Mace

Spells-Lightning Arc, 0 - Acid Orb, Create Water, Detect Magic, Read Magic: 1 - Obscuring Mist, Ear Piercing Scream, Shield of Faith

I just rolled way to high. I took a photo of my dice roller on my phone just so I can remember it.

I rolled:
18
14
17
12
5
18

I am happy to re-roll and will do so. Just thought I'd share this.

Kirthfinder looks like a fun smash and dash style, should be exciting.

*EDIT*
Oh, Now I see the dice roller here:
4d6 ⇒ (3, 2, 1, 5) = 11
4d6 ⇒ (1, 2, 2, 2) = 7
4d6 ⇒ (6, 3, 3, 3) = 15
4d6 ⇒ (1, 6, 5, 2) = 14
4d6 ⇒ (5, 3, 4, 5) = 17
4d6 ⇒ (4, 4, 1, 6) = 15
Comeliness
4d6 ⇒ (3, 1, 6, 5) = 15
Social Status
4d6 ⇒ (4, 3, 3, 5) = 15

I'll give this a try if you are still looking for players. I'll continue to review the documents and write up a character shortly.

Just got 4 of the pdf's. I cannot wait to try a Cyclops!

Going to place a few orders now. Thanks.

I'd be interested. I have never played in a pbp, but want to try it. I would also love to create an elemental based character.

Nice build.
I play a Chirurgeon Alchemist and love your idea of using sneak attack instead of bombs. Makes it more of a unique class rather than an alternate or archetype.
Great job.

I'd love to try this out. I haven't played in an online campaign yet but am willing to try it out.
I also love the Thunderbolts and playing as the "bad guy".
I'll work up a character and send it on to you.
Thanks.
