Evil Hat has set up a program with B&M store for the Dresden Files RPG preorder. You pre-order the book(s) from the store get the pdf right then. The store has access to a Dropbox folder with the pdf file. Fred Hicks talks about the process on his blog and over at the dresden files forums and on podcasts.

B&M need all the help they can get. If they are able also sell/give pdf's with the book purchase then that benefits all parties involved.

This is a prime example of bad pdf pricing. Pdf's are supposed to be cheaper than the print version of a book. (Doesn't matter that this product is pdf only. I don't know if it has a print version or not.)

I used to have a pieces of clear plastic that I ran through a laser printer with squares and another for hexes.
I put a map on the lowest layer and a piece of 1/4" clear plastic, 2'x3' on top. I used a dry erase marker to put down blast radiuses and area effect spells and whatever else.
The only problem was the sheet of plastic being bulky to carry around to different places to play.

Can I switch it out since it's a duplicate of the talent I need?

Yes!! I have been wanting to see a Bloatmage PrC since they were very first mentioned!! During my RoRL campaign a couple of my characters traveled through Kaer Maga for side-plot purposes and turned a blind corner into a troll augur. The were second level and almost pooped themselves. Then the troll didn't attack, but gave a reading... and they almost pooped themselves a second time. Then it demanded payment. They almost pooped themselves, but quickly and quietly found their coin purses. I love this town and I'm sooooo ready to love it even more!

I am SO going to use that in my game!

How much down time will we have? (or how many skills can I increase?)

Can I still increase my Strength anyways? Paying for it now and getting the free one at the circle advancement?

Is it worth it to have a skill and also have a talent?
Isn't that a waste to have?

and increase my
Strength 7 to--> (8) = 800 lp

That's my 1800 total.

Then I would just need to increase
Karma Ritual (1)
Taunt (1)
to level 2 then I could be Circle 2.

I see that getting a talent or skill to level 2 is 200 legend points.

I am a bit confused on what else is needed to advance. Do I need to get certain talents or skills to get to Circle 2?
(I wasn't able to find that info.)

No need to convert anything really.
Take the Martial Study feat and pick a maneuver. Non-ToB classes are at half their level for Initiator Level. Want more maneuvers, take the feat again.
I thought fighters could already take Martial Study as a bonus feat. If not, it's an easy fix.

In a 20'x20' room the party/rogue is pretty much screwed.

I'm not sure about the seeing and not setting off a trap, but it does make a bit of sense. Especially when you want to give the party a chance at dealing with the trap first.

I'm moving this weekend so I won't be able to update my character until later on after I get internet, which should be on monday.

I have bought abour 10-12 books from lulu. 2 of them were off alignment (about a 1/4" too high) and one was titled on the cover. Neither of these were messed up enough to qualify for a reprint. #sigh
The other books I have liked and have been really nice looking.

I've also used blurb. (2 books, good quality)
