It's about the intangibles...

I could discuss map quality, book layout, or the art on the monster/PC tokens, but that would be doing a great disservice to the absolutely fantastic time I had teaching my child to play the game that has defined my hobby life for over 30 years. Seeing the excitement in her eyes as she experienced things that I had unknowingly come to take for granted was a priceless gift for me. No amount of stars is enough to rate that feeling. Thank you Paizo, from the bottom of my heart.

Well worth it!

All the functionality of the physical product for the iPhone. This product, along with the iCrit App are highly recommended for those who, like me, enjoy downsizing their RPG encumbrance values when gaming away from home.

Great App!

I had not had a chance to check out the actual Crit Deck product, but the iPhone App was exactly the catalyst I needed to see what it was about. I was not disappointed. Easy to use, and far easier to carry about than an actual deck. Awesome when paired with the iFumble product. Highly recommended.

Fantastic work, as always.

I have enjoyed Ron Lundeen's work for many years now, and this adventure is no exception. The story is well written, the encounters intuitive as a GM, and the whole product has a wonderful flow to it. While I have the PDF, I very much look forward to owning a physical copy if/when it comes available.

Need to bring your "A" game

Most of the Pathfinder Society scenarios I've played to date have not needed extraordinary measures to complete. Having been warned of its difficulty, our group listened to the material, took appropriate precautions, and used coherent tactics. We did very well at the highest tier (at a table with 2 bards no less). This will be difficult for pick-up style convention games with players that are unfamiliar with each other.
