Sharing Music with Skype

If that looks too crazy, Discord is a great VoIP program. Super easy to install and supports additional audio devices.

How about an issue full of articles on how to..."

Great idea. Useful for anyone looking to get into writing the scene or for those to review their own methods, ensuring they are on par with semi-established writers. Maybe develop this into a showcase series for each issue. This time in Wayfinder we discuss..."Monster Creation". Granted, including articles that depict writing mechanics may kill the overall "feel" of the magazine since it dips away from theme, but its definitely something to consider for the community. I mean, if you want to hold up integrity, I suppose the writing could be formatted as a way to instruct new Pathfinders of "proper journal etiquette"; a sort of English Comp course for initiates of the Society. Alternatively and taking WF out of the target source, a series of blog articles or messageboard posts tied to the "Community Forums" would also bring about similar results.

How do you communicate with your players? Some of the more popular VOIP programs should allow you to channel in audio. You could DJ right on the fly and provide music to the party directly without relying on the players to advance the music on their own.

Wayfinder Editing Assessment is away!

Did the email go out for this? I haven't seen anything.

Tim, I'm late to the game but please give me a shout if you need any more editors. I have a fair amount of writing/publishing experience and oodles of free time on my hands over the next few weeks!

The artists have not yet been chosen, so if you have any skill in that area, send a link to any portfolio, to show your style and subject preferences.

Or if you know any other artists, pass the word on.

Eek. Not really. Words are my medium of choice, at the moment. Thanks for the info. I'll sit tight for #17. ;D

Slightly off topic...Pandora has an incredible Stranger Things station: The Upside Down.

New community member here. I realize the deadline for submissions is passed, but is it too late to help with the project?

Tim - Can you please post here whenever the thread for #17 goes up? I know it won't be for a while, but I'd like to find out about it ASAP once submissions open up. Thanks!

Ditto!

...I'm looking for at least a few more developers, preferably some with Android UI experience, and some data entry volunteers. I figure in the spirit of the OGL, we can host the project on GitHub, and release it under the GPL.

If you're interested in helping out, post here with your skill set, interest level, and contribution potential. If we get enough interest, I'll set up a github project that everybody can join.

You have my pen/keyboard. No programming knowledge, but I'm able to write/edit and perform data entry for days. I can also do some limited photoshopping/graphic design.
