Umm... Cloistered Cleric who can't fight to save his life or maybe a pre-minmaxed Druid-zilla from 3.5

I'm playing a wizard with Raistlinesque Strength and high Dexterity and Intelligence and am planning to PrC into arcane archer. However my strength forces me to use crossbows. I want to know if I can use the arcane archer class abilities with cro.ssbows

If a brijidine azata is hit by a max'd cone of cold does it take (90x1.5)-10=125 damage or (90-10)x1.5=120 damage due to its cold resistance 10 and cold vulnerability x1.5?

This looks like a monk build. I'd go with human and add +2 to Str
