I far as I know, they could set it up as a Missionary trip. I'll let them learn the world through their characters. I will let ST. Cuthbert answer their prayers. I think of it more as a Roman going to Egypt. They would want to go through the adventure as a way of showing the power of their God and his works.

I was a shame that they didn't get Welker to do the voice. It was iconic in my childhood.

By the way, did anyone know that Peter does the voice for EEyore.

Grand Lodge (Pathfinder Adventure Path Subscriber)

Just got back from seeing it. It was awesome. I did think it took alittle long though. I wish they could have gotten the real voices for all the characters though. I wonder how much GM paid for the rights to use only there models. My wife liked it too.. I may have to make her watch the 90' movie tonight just to show her the differences. She's only 23.

I thought Megatron looked like one of spaceship in the 90' movie as well.

Your starting point is good as long as your PCs know going in that this is a RotRL campaign. If they don't know that their PCs are going to be railroaded in the first session and end up far from GH there could be problems; once you let them know there won't be any problems at all.

YEP, I told them and they loved the idea. Now do I have them land like conquers or have them wake-up with kid poking them with a stick?

I am planning to run the new AP. I had my characters make up characters in Grayhawk as worshippers of ST. Cuthbert. They have been sent on an expedition across the ocean to spread their religion. The boat will hit a massive storm and they will wash up on the shore at Sandpoint. I thought it might be a good idea of slowly bringing in the "new world". Is this a good idea? Any advise would be helpful.

Also is there going to be a character sheet for the new AP.

Will Gamemastery release treasure cards for the AP's in the future?

As stated on other threads I have a group wanting to be followers of Cuthbert. I know that a Core Beliefs is coming(drool). I have some before questions.

What real life religion is a good comparsion?

Is there a lawful evil sects?

If so Will a paladin of St.Cuthbert wock with that sect?

Grand Lodge (Pathfinder Adventure Path Subscriber)

I will be running into this discussion a lot with a game I will be running. My group is playing a group of Cuthbert followers, so they will all be LN or LG. I was actually think of using the Palladium Alignments which list a kinda Do's and don't. Which one of the Paladium alignment is LN?

Grand Lodge (Pathfinder Adventure Path Subscriber)

Oops, I got my Ap's mixed up(the St. Cuthbert part). The party should still work though.

Grand Lodge (Pathfinder Adventure Path Subscriber)

You might try a group that solely worships St. Cuthbert, since you will be dealing that church in particular. You can use A cleric, a paladin, warmage/favored soul, and Bard a converted street thief, now Street preacher.

Sorry, about the above post. It's already been a long week.

Ok,this is out there. How about the kids from the D&D cartoon lying dead in a pile. Dungeon Master is standing atop the pile with a crazed look about him and posed in a victory stance hands raised with the magic weapons encircling above him.

If there was a knock-out between Minor Gods, Demon princes, and Arch devils. Who would win? Which is the more powerful. Doesn't have to be a specific name but in general? In the sake of the AP's Kyuss vs. Demogorgon.

Lou Agresta named his daughter Kaylee too!!! Congrats Lou!

I own two sets of the series...one for loaning out, one for me, cause I don't even want to be without it for a SECOND!!!

I also own two copies of the movie.

I've bought over fifteen copies of the movie and five of the series...its one of my favorite gifts to people who haven't seen it.

The theme song is sad to me now...Fox did take the sky from us.

Sounds like Nicolas is a much bigger fan than I. I was wondering since Nicolas was a Contributer he could talk Eric and James into having a Reavers type barbarians into the new setting?

Grand Lodge (Pathfinder Adventure Path Subscriber)

My first character was a elf which in the basic set was the fighter/mage. Oh, the days when halflings were just halflings and men were nervious.

My friend ran us through his own world and different pieces of the Hollow world settings.

Grand Lodge (Pathfinder Adventure Path Subscriber)

All this talk about Firefly has made me start watching it again. My friend had my copy for about six months and I was starting to get the shakes. We named our daughter after Kaylee.

James, What ethnicities are you using in this world? Example, most stereo-types for dwarves are scottish.

Also, can we getaway from afro-centric races coming from islands or used as slaves.

When your favorite commerical is the Alltel "Dungeon Master's don't have levels, dork."
I looked at my wife and said, "I would so get that if it was a T-shirt

A warmage/favored soul of St. Cuthbert. Hunter of demons and devils.

Will there be a God of Justice in this world?

Grand Lodge (Pathfinder Adventure Path Subscriber)

I thought novels would be great. When I really got into playing D&D it wasn't the core books that excited me, it was actually the novels. If it hadn't been for Salvatore how popular would FR be. Even short stories about the iconic characters would help.

Oh, and I am waiting ever so patiently for as much infomation about the Pathfinder world. I even got a subscription, which I didn't have to Dragon or Dungeon.

Grand Lodge (Pathfinder Adventure Path Subscriber)

Will paizo put out novels on Rise of the Rune Lords?

Iron Kingdoms put out something called Locked and Loaded Primer. A basic world outlook in just 56 pages and themed character sheets. Is this what we can look forward in the Player's Guide?

Grand Lodge (Pathfinder Adventure Path Subscriber)

I will go ahead and put my apology here. I gave James a hard time about STAP on a earlier thread. Pirates of Kong STAP this is not. These adventures are fantasic and I keep looking forward to the next like an addict searching for a new drug. I'm not as big into pirates as some on the site ,but the stories are well written.

My favorite AP is Age of Worms. I'm a undead and horror type of guy and the overall adventure had an old-school feel. Oh and you kill a God, a small God, but one none the less.

Grand Lodge (Pathfinder Adventure Path Subscriber)

I'm playing an elven scout/warmage in the savage tide and having a great time. Mine is built with more of a rogue in mind, which is what I am more or less. I can hide with the best and blast with the rest.

what about a mixture of it two-weapon and the ranged? By way, thanks for the help.

Grand Lodge (Pathfinder Adventure Path Subscriber)

I wanted a paired crossbows as well

Grand Lodge (Pathfinder Adventure Path Subscriber)

I am working on a gunslinger concept? Has anyone made one? I am looking for a feat tree for a human ranger/cleric? Any suggestions? Everyones help will be most welcome.
