Alas this is one instance where you are quite wrong my friend, I very much remember you Myles! We had the pleasure of playing with you on Wednesday nights and we enjoyed your good humor so much we even made attempts to invite you to join our Council of Thieves home campaign. We wrapped that up in August and plan to start Carrion Crown after Hallow's Eve. If your available to join that campaign please let me know: Spoiler:

Shinny. The general assumption is that the adventure will challenge a versatile party of four with a good mix of abilities and skills. Having a party of five will not unduly off balance a mod. If you plan to have a party of six then you will need to make some adjustments to make the adventure as challenging, something that should not be too difficult, in fact in the Carrion Crown section of the message boards there are already some threads regarding this. ElyasRavenwood wrote: Baron Arem Hesvuan I have not included your 14 players in the count, because im not sure who are your fellow players. Baron by any chance would that area be New York? If I may ask? I suspect I may have played next to you at a table last spring at Mepacon in PA. I had a Mystic theurge of Pharasma, who got by a lava trap by casting “Otiluke’s resilliant sphere” and “hampster” balling it across the lava. That area is indeed New York sir. I would have counted myself lucky if I had shared a table with you but I have not been able to get to Mepacon; perhaps you shared a table with my friend Ed our Eldritch Knight. An inspired tactic by the way, I hope to roll dice with you someday soon. And the list grows: The following have completed the 12th Lvel Arc. Helen Keier, playing Venture Captain Saadia Toor, 12 Level Rogue, Taldor. Russell Augello, playing Rand Noor, 12th Level Monk, Andoran. David Santana, playing Venture Captain Rokktor the Dark Walker, Gnome Sorceror 1/Druid 11 for the Empire of Cheliax. Currently still awaiting to play parts 3 and 4 of the 12th level arc: Noel Athony de Joya, playing Untamo Arturos Emaniel, Elven Signifier, Wiz 9/Diabolist 3 for Cheliax. Kevin B, playing human Amidar Andabar 12th level Paladin of Iomedea. Cheliaxian faction. Ed Pereira, playing an Eldritch Knight at level 12, for Cheliax again! Dan Schulltz, playing halfling Ignatius Calixto the Untouchable, level 12 fighter, Cheliax. In my region, the Para Countess does not lack for loyal liegemen. The lone opposition, Mike Brody, playing Grom level 12 human Fighter Qadira has played part 1 of the 12th level series. Awaiting to start the 12th level Arc Marty K, playing "The Bringer of Light", level 12 human Cleric, Andoran. David Santana also has Adeline Wulf, Human 12th level Cleric for Taldor. Ed again has a Inquistor 1/Monk 10 ready to level up for Cheliax. If Mark Moreland had not gone off to some western coffee bean cult he would have been 12th Level with this merry band as well. As noted three of my fellow players have posted thier four high level pcs upthread. Todd, I am trying to keep my old school 1st Edition Daemon power structure intact while still using it with Golarion; as such, I still have Anthraxus the Decayed as the Oinodeamon and Master of the Wasting Tower of Khin-Oin. How would you incorporate the Four Horsemen in that worldview, besides giving him the titular Fifth Horseman guise that is sometimes bandied about? Paris Crenshaw wrote:
Agreed. I was kind of thinking 'Advance Race Guide: Catfolk' - and I am one of the few who is very meh about Catfolk. Paris Crenshaw wrote: EDIT: I just realized what it is that bothers me about the human rogue: For some reason, the pose and scaling make me think of hobbits, rather than humans. The scale is what made me think of Dark Creepers as well! Callous Jack wrote: I like that sneaky looking rogue. :) The rouge reminds me of the Dark Creeper and Dark Stalker from the 1st Ed Fiend Folio, or even an npc from 'The Assassins Knot' - that's a big plus!! The Druid for some odd reason reminds me of a certain Herbalist* from Falcon's Hollow. I have to argee with Pygon. WHERE are her eyebows ? I loved the Wizards pose but I am not a big fan of how tall her ears are, and yes I know she's a Golarion Elf. And maybe a little more facial detail? Maybe a headband (of intellect)? Or maybe a bonded item (say a wand) on the right clenched hand. And I can't wait for 2013 to see the scuplt of the Venedaemon from yesterday's bolg. * Spoiler:

That was a badass Bard picture though right? The Very Model of Modern Day Musical Minstrel Found by my friend and completely unhittable high level Halfling Fighter fellow PFS player Daniel Schultz. In our area there are at least 14 players with one or two level 12 PCS (by my last rough count 16 pcs were level 12, but several level 11 characters were waiting to level up). Three of my fellow players from my region have posted up thread. I have Untamo Arturos Emaniel, Elven Signifier, Cheliax, Wiz 9/Diabolist 3 Tasha (she of the light laughter), Cheliax, Evoker 10, is waiting to level up. All hail the Great Pumpkin {Carver}. Balodek your fiancee has very impressive hand skills. Lucky you. ;) On a side note, if ever your in Manhattan, New York during pumpkin carving season, take her to Tortilla Flats, her artistry will net you a pitcher of the best margaritas in this one horse town. I go there once a year to see all the pumpkins and to remind myself I have no artistic talent of note. We have a regular PFS game night with two tables (one low level, one mid or high level) every Wednesday night. If you want to start you visit with a game email me at Spoiler:
imperial(dot)advisor(at)gmail(dot)com We Muster the Sunday (early) morning before the Wednesday game. I also live one block from the convetion center so feel free to stop by and say hi. Erik Mona in the blog wrote:
It may have been coverd in the product threads already (but I don't think I've seen it), but I am guessing one to three more iconics may make an appearance in this set, can you give us a spoiler and tell us how many more besides the Iconic Paladin will make the set? Also, can you name one of them? Baby steps :) Brandon Hodge wrote: of course you can make this a planted item by Adivion. He's communing with the very same spirit via necromancy, right? He's probably torturing it or bent it to his will, so he's able to learn all about the PCs and the sorts of questions they are asking. Maybe he even has the original body tied to the spirit that enables him to do this (via speak with dead, or whatever), and you could reveal everything in Renchurch when PCs find that rotten body among a bunch of necromantic tools, the planchette starts shaking and freaking out, and they realize that Adivion has been listening in all along! Oh very nice touch Maestro Hodge! Did anyone notice that General Maximillian Veers who broke the backs of the rebels on Hoth is in A Game of Thrones? In a key position no less. The arm of the Empire is long indeed ! Now if only the Order of the Night's Watch had a few AT-ATs ... edit: Hey that's also the 501st thread post ! Vader's Fist would be proud ! Set wrote:

I like the alignments you set for the Imperial Dragons. I love the idea of Neil Gaiman's The Endless. In fact that mythology should be what gods in an adult campaign should strive for. If you were to create Dream's portfolio, (sub) domains, favoured weapon, allowable armour, and special traits, what would they be? James Jacobs wrote: 10) There are quite a few creatrues from myth that I'd not want to stat up ... because they're X-rated... more so than a succubus, in fact. Could you please name an example ? Alright ye mighty who's works cause despair I need help, we're running four full tables at our weekly NYC PFS game tomorrow and I am got slotted for First Steps: In the Service to Lore (Yeah Adam Daigle!). I was not ready to run a first level character just yet (I was hoping to get one of my 12th Level PCs through the high level mods before I created a new pc) so I need an over the top character idea My current characters: Spoiler:
I have a level 12 Wizard/Diabolist, Signifier Untamo Arturos Emaneil I have a level 12 Evoker, Tasha of the Light Laughter, Great Grand Daughter to a certain Witch who owns a Hut with Chicken legs and a level 4 Alchemist, Doktor Tessla Oppenhiemer Mengele (Dr. Tom for short), the first Golarion fascist. All of the Celiax Faction of course. I want to play an Arcanist or a Ranger but again open to an over the top idea, here are the ones I have come up with as I was typing this message: 1. A Ranger who is descended from Cayden Cailean before he took the test of the Starstone.
He may be named: Robilar Tanis Do'Urden. 2. A Wizard who will quotes archaic events and artifacts and places from an unknown age, like "The Test of the Twins', remember the "Bringer of Doom during the Invoked Devastation" or "Is that a baatezu in your pants or are you just happy to see me?" I may name him Raistlin Elminster Mordenkainen. (The Mad Archmage REM for short, how old school sounding is that name?) 3. [your idea here] Freehold DM wrote:
I hope you saved your reciept! :) Your always welcome at my home my friend. Edit: I just saw the other posts. The loss of life is indeed tragic, I truly hope the worst is past, I think NY will be hit less hard than our southern brethren. I love that the Cthulhu Mythos has a strong foothold in Golarion, just as I am happy that Great Cthulhu is NOT on Golarion but still where he is supposed to be. {Until the Stars are Right.} I LOVE that Baba Yaga is part of Golarion ! And I can't wait for James Jacobs to write a high level mod involving a certain dancing hut.
