Can Spectral Hand be use in conjuction with wands?

[Edit: To be more clear... Can I cast a touch spell from a wand and then use Spectral Hand to deliver that spell?]

I supose it's safe to assume that this is 100% sourcebook and 0% adventure module?

Pages 257-260 & 277-280 are missing from my copy of the Bestiary. That totals 8 pages.

Low-light vision is listed in the orc statblock, but not in the section for orcs as characters. Also, orcs do not have low-light vision in the SRD. I assume that the the listing in the PF stat block is an error. Correct?

1. The template says to use the Charisma Mod for Bonus hp. But the Charisma Score changes to 10, giving no bonus.

2. The template says, "Drop HD gained from class levels (minimum
of 1) and change racial HD to d8s." So, you keep one of the class HD and it doesn't change to a d8?

I've been wondering if someone wanted to publish PFRPG compatible PDFs, are there any legal hoops to jump through (in the U.S.). (I mean other than using the PFRPG Compatibility License.) Would someone need to register their publishing company with the government? Fill out a tax form? Hire OJ's legal team? Or can the aspiring publisher just make the PDF and slap it on the internet for sale? Thanks!

Does "mortal souls" include Fey? Dragons? Monstrous Humanoids? Aberrations? Native Outsiders? Magical Beasts? Animals? Do otyughs travel to Pharasma's Boneyard? Define "mortal souls."

Does anyone know of any werewolf adventures that might be floating around out there? I want to run one. I have so many adventures that I couldn't possibly run them all, but recently I've noticed that I can't recall a single one that focuses on werewolves. It seems to be something that is missing from the game. D&D/Pathfinder NEEDS a werewolf adventure!

I'm adding the Celestial Creature template to a human and have a question about the Hit Dice.

Let's say Herbert is a 12th level Fighter with the Celestial Creature template. The template gave him DR 10/magic. How many HD does Herbert have? 12 or 24?

I really enjoyed James' blog post on the Demon Lords of Golarion. I'm wondering if the name of the new demon lord Areshkagal is a variation of the name of the babylonian goddess Erishkigal? If yes, then perhaps she be listed among the demon lords that are inspired by real-world mythology?

Not necessarily for Planet Stories publication, but what musty, old, hard-to-find books would you buy if you found them sitting unforgotten on the self in a hidden used book store?

What got me thinking about this was this: The day before Paizocon, I found an old Tarzan paperback written by Fritz Leiber. That would be a priceless gem to SOMEBODY. I told some fellow attendees about it the day AFTER Paizocon. Someone said, I bet Erik Mona would like that. And I went, "D'oh! I should've got it for him!"

Erik, with your network of fans, you might find those rare books that you just can't seem to locate. So post your wishlist here! I be happy if I found one of your missing treasures for you.

Okay, I "know" where they are because I'm relating them to the real world. But officialy, what is the name of the continent that Qadira is on? And Minkai?

I'm looking or any core classes that are for shapechanging. Shapechanging like a skrull, but in a class. Or like a druid's Wildshape ability, but the Wildshape would be pretty much ALL what the class does. I'd prefer a core class, but I guess I'd look at prestige classes if that's all there is. Anyone know of any? Thanks!

In the Rise of the Runelords Player's Guide it states that some traveling gnomes might come from "the shey citadels of Irrere." What does shey mean? It's not in the dictionary.

My PC's keep thwarting the goblins that are invading Sandpoint. I'm at the end of my rope! I've tried everthing from fudging dice rolls in the goblins' favor to striking the party Paladin dead with a lightning bolt from the sky. Nothing seems to work! The PC's keep driving the goblins out of town. What am I doing wrong?

I prefer dungeon-lite adventures and campaigns, so naturally, I am wondering if "Curse of the Crimson Throne" will go easy with the dungeons or will it have the typical amount (and size) of dungeon delving?

I mean if Bloodsworn Vale is shipped to subscribers on Thursday the 2nd, which day should I go to my FLGS to get one?

In the Savage Tidings article in Dragon 349 on page 79 in the Chekitawan entry it states, "Throughout these accursed nights, the undead search for victims to drag back to their black ruin, their corpselight torches sometimes seen as far north as Sasserine's plantation holdings."

So... what are corpselight torches? Or perhaps I should just be asking What is corpselight? I have most of the books. Did I overlook corpselight in one of them? Should I even know what corpselight is?

Howdy. Just wondering if anyone knew if any of the Forgotten Realms novels are set near the Moonsea region. Or parts of novels. I'm specifically looking for scenes in or around Melvaunt, Hillsfar, Mulmaster, and Zhentil Keep, but I'll be happy with any answer I can get. Thanks!

I'm very serious about running The Shackled City adventure path, but I might reconsider if it contains too many "dungeon crawls." Published adventures have a tendancy to be dungeon crawls. But the idea of the Adventure Path sounds cool. So, is The Shackled City merely a string of dungeon crawls, or is it fairly balanced between dungeon crawls and other things?
