Boy this is getting crowded...

Anyway, I would sincerely like to participate.

I would use my lvl 3, unchained Rogue, Tanbu for standard low tier.

High tier, I would need to use a pregen, probably Seelah. I have several 5th lvl folks but none 6 to 7.

Core, I would use my lvl 4 cleric of Erastal, Lybram.

Again high tier i would use a pregen. Probably Seelah. I have a 5th level wizard, Farlen.

I appreciate the consideration.

If it is still open, i have 2, level 5 folks ready, a sorcerer and a ranger archer. If there is a low tier bent, they may work. High tier, I only have Orst, my 8th level paladin. I am posting Friday and you mention closing Thursday night, I understand if you have closed the recruitment.

Replacement GM needed:
Similar to but not the same as Purple Dragon Knight's plea above, we are stuck in the Emerald Spire 1st level. Our GM is currently unable to continue and has asked for help. We would really like to finish out the level. It is core, just as above, but we are a separate group.

Here is the gameplay thread should you be interested.

I don't have any characters in the 1st and 2nd level range. Is it okay to bring my 3rd level rogue or my 3rd level alchemist?

Silver Crusade

Do you still need folks to play, it is hard to tell? I have a few choices for high tier and a few in between. I have never played this scenario, and it is on my "to do" list.

I have a 5th level Ranger Archer. A 5th level Fire Sorcerer, a 3rd level unchained rogue, and a 3rd level Alchemist.

I don't want to intrude if this is strictly a Outpost signup game. I only now realized that Outpost V was happening and I have not signed up.

I will check back in later today to see if this is open or PM me.

2 people marked this as a favorite.

Thank you all for the help. I was able to report my game on an event I created but never used from a few years ago. I really appreciate the help of Purple Dragon Knight and Watery Soup. I will also probably need the PbP Lodge Information.

I made some mistakes setting things up, namely deleting a post in the campaign thread that hung the game play thread. I restarted the whole thing after that. Anyway I think it is great you are pulling the tribal knowledge together.

You guys are great.

Hey y'all, I need some help figuring out how to report my PFS run of Gallows of madness Part 2 what lurks in the woods. My players have come to the almost end of the run and I still have not figured out how to report the game. I think I can get the chronicles together, but I have never reported a PFS game either face to face or PBP. I have always had others report them on their event codes when I GM'd. Now I need to figure this last bit out and fast.

Is there some guide in the GM tools that explains how to get the event number and how to report the game? I think I tried setting up an event a few years ago and got stuck in the format. Can anyone help me set all this stuff up?

Thanks, I have faith someone can point me in the right direction.

I played in GM Ultra's part one with Lybram, my human cleric of Erastil. He is now 2nd level possibly 3th level depending on when I finish the CORE module I am running from which he will get the gm credit.

I would be up for continuing that series in the CORE campaign. So if there is a spot, I would like to fill it.

I have played all three in the standard campaign. Can't say I remember all that much but I remember they were enjoyable.

I am probably just going to set the thread to inactive and create the recruitment, discussion, and gameplay again. Hopefully I won't hit any other pitfalls that will kill the thread again.

Thanks for help CrystalSeas, but the discussion is almost blank anyway.

Hello, I created a campaign thread, new campaign thread. The gameplay thread is not posting any of the posts created. Here is the link, gameplay. I think it may be because I deleted the first post in it.

I first posted this in customer service but was told by someone else it might be answered quicker here. I also emailed customer service. My apologies for the duplication.

Thought I would try a go at a character for this AP. I have always wanted to play it.

Here is Brenner Dewalt

Brenner Dewalt

I thought I would force myself to try an Advanced Class Guide Class. Brawlers seemed the most versatile.

Thanks, for your consideration. I was fun making Brenner.

If Tukluk as a ranger/rogue is too problematic, I could make him with the same background but with a different skill set.

Here is Tukluk Rayga the Bolt Ace.

Tukluk:

Tukluk Rayga
LN medium Humaniod (half-orc)
Favored Class Gunslinger (Archetype Bolt Ace) 4

Init +6 Senses darkvision 60 ft; Perception +3

Melee cold iron longsword +5 (1d8+1) or
Lt mace +5 (1d6+1)
Ranged light crossbow +9 (1d8), or +10 (1d8+1) within 30 ft.
Special Attacks Grit 3 Points, Deeds: Sharp Shoot (atk touch AC within 1st range increment, cost 1 grit; Vigilant Loading (need at least 1 grit, load crossbow without provoking AoOs); Shooters Resolve (spend 1 grit and make 1 shot as a standard action that ignores cover and concealment (but not total cover or concealment)); Gunslinger dodge (1 grit to move 5 ft to gain +2 AC vs triggering ranged attack and movement provokes AoO’s or drop prone to gain +4); Gunslingers initiative ( if at least one grit, +2 initiative); Pistol Whip (For 1 grit, as standard action make a butt stroke attack with crossbow for 1d10 blungeoning damage, and CMB to knock prone as free action)

STATISTICS

Traits
Reactionary: +2 trait bonus to initiative.
Restless Wayfarer, as the adopted son of a caravan/guide, Tukluk was always on the move as a child and also learned the value of communication, his command of the orc and giant language often saved much bloodshed. (+1 Knowledge local and Hallit Language)

The dogs, Flash and Bang, are named after lightning and thunder only Orcified to be simpler. I was not even thinking of the grenade, but that works too. There is gun powder in Goloran right?

Again, it was fun just playing with the character concepts. Thanks for your consideration.

I don't know if you are still taking character applications. I started this AP in 2014 and with monk/wizard, made it to the end of book two. But I started in the middle of book one. It really was my introduction to pathfinder after 25 years of no role playing. I really would like to continue the story even if it is a different one.

So....

Here is Tukluk Rayga, half orc Ranger 2, Rogue (unchained) 2. Tukluk is a bastard of a raid on a tribe in the Realm of the Mammoth Kings. He grew up the adopted son of a half orc caravan leader/guide. His mentor and dad taught him to track, survive and thrive in the cold tundra in and around Icestair. Now after a run of bad luck and the loss of this dad, he has ventured into Irresan under the employ of a mysterious black rider. Hired to guide and guard, Tukluk is now beset with a mission he did not fully understand. Troll attacks and winter wolves later is in alone and directionless on the road to Whitethrone. The black rider dead and only a vague sense that there may be answers in Whitethrone.

He fights with hand axes and uses throwing axes as ranged deterence. He is still in control of his sled team with 2 dogs, Flash and Bang.

Tukluk:

Neutral Medium Humanoid (half orc)
Init +4; Senses Darkvision 60ft; perception +9
Defense
AC 16 (armor 4, dex 2) touch 12, FF 14
hp 34 (2d10 +4, 2d8 +2)
Fort+4, ref +8, will +2
Special abilities evasion, trap finding, ferocity, favored enemy (human)
Offense
Speed 30 ft.
Melee Hand axe +7(1d6+3) or 2x Handaxe +5/+5(1d6+3,1d6+3)
Ranged throwing axe +6(1d6+3)
Special attacks sneak attack +1d6, weapon finesse, combat trick:double slice
statistics:
str 16, dex 15, con 13, int 10, wis 14, cha 10 (geas will go to strength once it is offical)
Base atk +3, CMD 18, CMB +6
Feats weapon focus hand axe (1st lvl), two weapon fighting(Ranger fight style), Double slice (rogue talent of combat trick), power attack (3rd lvl)
Skills
perception +9, knowledge nature +7, handle animal +7, survival +9, stealth +9, climb +10, disable device +7, escape artist +7

I will make Tukluk an alias if you accept the submission.
Thanks for the opportunity to scheme him up and for your consideration.

This whole replay thing really is very confusing. In my case I jumped into 'B' as a replacement character. I had not read any of the rules but took the word of those playing already that you could play it again. I had just finished 'A'. It was totally like ground hogs day. When we finished, i got a Chronicle but it never was reported on the character. I was left wondering if i had messed up or misunderstood. I thought 'maybe you don't get more experience or prestige for the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th runs'. Anyway, I counted it and moved on. I missed 'C' I think on purpose. But with outpostII, I think i found almost the same party as my run thru on 'B'. I look forward to it, almost like a reunion. It will be fun to see how people have developed their characters. And they were a great group. I think it will be a unique experience.

I would like to be placed on the waiting list if you re making one. I have a 5th level sorcerer, and several 4th level characters, and archer ranger, a cleric, and a paladin all available now or shortly.

I would love to play. I have several 3rd level ( a dwarf cleric, a elf wizard conjurer, and half elf Ranger) and one 4th level Paladin that would be usable in low tier. I don't have any high tier characters. I would have to play a pregen, seelah or kyra.

I have not been playing in the Pathfinder Society Campaign all that long. My current desire is to use the wealth of wonderful modules that Paizo produces in Society play. But, without reading every scenario ever written, how can you determine who would be the best PFS point of contact to start the introductions to the missions involved?

Some examples of modules I would want to use are 'Daughters of Fury', 'Ire of the Storm', and 'Gallows of Madness'. All of these would be great but there is no obvious way they would tie in to the PF Society in their area of Golarian. Usually the Scenario you play has a mission brief from someone local. I just don't know how to determine who this person would be and their personality/history.

This same problem came up when I was preparing run Silverhex and to some extent The Phantoms quests. I did find some help with Silverhex on GMPrep.

I could make something/someone up but I would hate to have someone I Gm'd attend a convention and mention a figment of my imagination to a real Golarian historian and get the "who in the world is that?". Or worse yet get a more knowledgeable player at my table who shoots holes in my opening fabrication.

I would be interested in something that would lay out the leaders by regions.

Silver Crusade

that's it. Thanks.

I would like to play the pregen paladin if possible. My pfs number is 165069. Please credit my -9 character. Is there anything special I need to do to play a pregen in the play by post fashion? I am new to this method so I might ask alot of questions.
