Hello Pathfinder community! At the PathfinderWiki, we have several featured articles each month in a number of categories and I wanted to open suggestions on what to feature to all of you. The categories are Religion, Magic, Geography and Sourcebooks. For a list of past featured articles, check here. Is there something you think people should see? Something you think needs to have its entry expanded? Your suggestions can help determine what articles will be seen by the most wiki visitors and which will thus have the most additions and edits made to them.
Your feedback counts. Help us make the PathfinderWiki the best resource it can be!
You might consider adding these to the [PathfinderWiki as we're compiling a searchable database of conversions of pre-Aug'09 statblocks to live there to help people both during the playtest and after. If you have questions on where or how to do so (if it's even something you're interested in) we have a forum dedicated just to the wiki here.

Awesome idea and cool map. We need this to go on the wiki too.
That, my friend, is an excellent idea.
Erik Mona wrote: We'll consider it, but it's not something we're planning for the immediate (or even near) future. Put me, and the rest of us at the PathfinderWiki on this petition as well. Getting some little kickback from Paizo for directing sales here could certainly help us with site upkeep costs, etc.
Anyone interested in 4e (or PRPG or True20 or whatever) conversions for this or any other Pathfinder product, we are compiling information to produce unofficial pdf downloads from the PathfinderWiki. Head to the Messageboard (from either the Community Portal or the bottom of the Main Page) and you'll see these forums. Once we have conversions for a whole product, we'll format it and move them to the wiki itself.
There already is! Check it out here. It's by no means complete, but if you or someone you know is making conversions, we're happy to host 'em. Additionally, the wiki format allows anyone to correct errors or update conversions while the rules are still in flux, and even after they settle down next August. If you should have issues finding anything or adding to the wiki, there's a great messageboard that you can access from the bottom of the main page or the Community Portal.
These would all be excellent additions to the wiki section on this...
just sayin'
James Jacobs wrote: SO! The green dragon that stole the horns and lives in Razmiran is officially the one with the error. Her name should change. In keeping with the tradition of easter eggs and anagram names, my suggestion is that the green's name is Kasadilcrat. When we get to this entry in the wiki, we'll reflect as such. Your word is canon, James!

You beat me to it! But yes, the wiki is world specific, and while it links back here for users to purchase products or get more info, it's not a store at all.

As I've said in the past, I'm sorely lacking in any PF material at the moment aside from the CotCT adventure path and the Guide to Korvosa. No mention of an Inner Sea there, so I presume Varisian doesn't border it. Hence my ignorance... The world map was posted in a blog a few months ago, if you dig through it you should be able to find it easily enough. The Inner sea is the area between the northern and southern continents. Try Here as well, as you'll get much more from this map, with its linky goodness to the rest of the PathfinderWiki.
Ben wrote: Hi all, I just wanted to put up a quick post to say I have a website up, it has been a long time coming but I finally got organised.
You can find it at, www.benwootten.com
Looks great, Ben! I'll get your bio page done on the pathfinderwiki soon. Mind if we include some of your galleried art and link it back to your site?
The PathfinderWiki now has an extensive help section to assist new contributors in making their first edits or additions to the resource. There are currently a lot of users registered for the site, but only a handful seem able to get over their initial fear of editing, so these should help those with stage fright. Further walkthroughs will be up on the site soon.
The (admittedly short) wiki article on the Eagle Knights is here.
James Sutter wrote: Alright, I've made a modest contribution to the wiki (it's lonely being a stub). Thanks, WikiFolks! Anytime!
While very busy, the staff at Paizo have been helpful and receptive to the Pathfinder Wiki. In the earliest stages of it, we were in contact with a number of them on how to proceed without stepping on their IP toes. They said that any art from the blog was open to use, so we've been able to include all of that. As for everything else, we credit all sources for information, and make it a point to try in as many ways as possible to drive users here to purchase materials for themselves. I imagine that as long as you aren't claiming the property as your own, and aren't copying verbatim products that they hope to make money on, that you'd have no problem, but it's really a question Vic, Lisa or Erik should answer. I can't see how a larger internet presence would hurt Paizo though.

Can I put this on the pathfinder wiki? And if so, who shall I credit it to?
SirUrza wrote: Serious though, if people read blogs the way they were designed to be, it wouldn't be an issue.
When a blog has this icon, it's best to view it in an RSS Reader, not a web browser.
Wow. Urza's gettin' snippy. Easy there, buddy.
All the iconics' backstories can also be found on the Pathfinder Wiki. Under "Inhabitants" there's a subcategory of Iconics and they're all there!

SirUrza is working on a map project, but he hasn't released it for general public viewing. :) Thanks for the link! This is good news. It's hardly comprehensive at the moment, but I for one am working hard to make it so. You're right that it's a huge undertaking, but someday Pathfinder's the world over will flock to the wiki to find all the support they need for their games.
