Vykos: At 0 hit points you may take a move action each round, as long as it is not strenuous (riding would be strenuous, walking and speaking would not).

Vykos slowly regains consciousness to see Mijanor looking down on him. Smiling, he thanks the Dwarf for his assistance and then glances at Reaper. He is somewhat pleased to see that the horse is sitting up, for he was sure that he was dead. "Seems we have both been lucky this day eh, boy", he says quietly.

Still feeling weak after the battle, he digs into his Haversack and pulls out another potion, unstoppering it and gulping down the foul tasting liquid. He throws the vial back into the Haversack and slowly gets to his feet.
Inflict Light Wounds Potion. (1d8+1=2)

He sees the others collecting equipment from the dead goblinoids and moves off some distance before pulling out his Unholy Symbol and muttering to himself. Cold seems to creep out from his body and some of the foliage in his vicinity seems to wither, but he appears to visibly straighten. After a while, he is standing in a patch of dead plant life, but appears well again. He returns back to everyone else to inspect the loot and thank them all for keeping him alive.

Inflict Light Wounds Potion. (1d8+1=5) That puts him on Zero hp.

Vykos stirs as Mijanor massages the Potion down his throat, but remains unconscious.

The dual-wielder looks back as if expecting the appearance, and turns with a wide grin on his face. He steps forward over Reaper and drives his swords down on the sorcerer. The enemy stabs both blades deep into Vykos' chest.

Vykos - you take 18 points of damage.

Vykos may attempt to stabilize.

I am assuming Vykos has instructed everyone not to use healing magics on him, as they don't agree with him. I've updated the map.

Stabilization Roll. (1d100=27)

Vykos has been struggling to free himself from under Reaper when the Dual-Wielder suddenly appears above him, smiling evilly. He gasps as the swords slip into his chest, then collapses back, Reaper still pinning him to the path.

Yes given the amount of time we have been together, the others should know not to Heal Vykos using normal means. Vykos also would have told them about his "Healing" Potions in his Haversack in case of an emergency.

(Male Human (Varisian) Undead Bloodline Sorcerer 2 Cleric of Urgathoa 2)

Oh dear, that's not good!
Reflex Save. (1d20+1=3)

Vykos is too busy concentrating on his Hand of the Acolyte to notice Reaper's fate until too late. The horse gives a whine and then falls towards him, breaking his concentration and salmming into him, sending him flying backwards.
He snarls at the dual-wielding goblinoid and, grabbing his Unholy Symbol, calls upon Urgathoa, sending a wave of Grave Cold Energy bursting from his outstretched hand.
Channel Negative Energy. (1d6=3)Selectively Channel out Augrok, Alexi, Ur, Ergrin and Mijanor. I believe that means it will still hit Reaper (who Vykos assumes is already dead), Fourthea (who I'm assuming is the F) and the unattended Mount near Ergin and Mijanor.

DM Drax:

Spoiler:
Spellcraft Check. (1d20+5=7)
Somehow I don't think he's gonna identify the spell. =(

(Male Human (Varisian) Undead Bloodline Sorcerer 2 Cleric of Urgathoa 2)

Perception (Spot) Check. (1d20+1=19)

Vykos notices the dual-wielding Goblinoid plunge his swords into Reaper and his face tightens, but he manages to continue his concentration enough to maintain his Hand of the Acolyte. It moves in and takes another swing at the dual-wielder.

Hand of the Acolyte; Attack on Dual-Wielder. (1d20+3=19)
Damage from Hand of the Acolyte Sickle on Dual-Wielder. (1d6+1=6)

(Male Human (Varisian) Undead Bloodline Sorcerer 2 Cleric of Urgathoa 2)

Vykos, seeing that Ergin is in trouble, moves around Reaper and stands next to him (R18) on the embankment. He then starts to chant quietly and a pulse of cold sweeps out from him, engulfing all of the enemies around him in death.

Channel Negative Energy. (1d6=1) Selectively Channeling out Ergin, Reaper, Alexei, Augrok and Ur (I think that's all that should be in range).

EDIT:Hey, never mind I like your idea better Jal, keeps me out of harms way. =) I've been trying to think of ways I can constructivly use his Channel without damaging members of the party (or their animal friends). I didn'nt even think of the Hand of the Acolyte as a way to still attack without getting into the thick of things. Thanks.

And I am well now thanks. I am swamped with work, but am back into the swing of things.

Vykos is up next.

Sorry guys, no Hurricane (I live in Australia), I am just really, really sick atm. Please DMNPC me for at least the next day or so.

(Male Human (Varisian) Undead Bloodline Sorcerer 2 Cleric of Urgathoa 2)

Vykos urges Reaper forward until he is within 20' of the humanoid opposite Alexi's (I think this means he'll be on the left). Once there his face takes on a frightening expression as he flings his arms wide at the figure.

Uses Cause Fear (Sp) Death Domain ability.
The affected creature becomes frightened. If the subject succeeds on a Will Save DC 12, it is shaken for 1 round. Creatures with 6 or more Hit Dice are immune to this effect.

Cause Fear Duration. (1d4=4)

(Male Human (Varisian) Undead Bloodline Sorcerer 2 Cleric of Urgathoa 2)

Initiative. (1d20+1=6) I have a feeling I will be going last

DM Drax: How far away are they? I mean are we a long way from them or relatively close? I want to try to use Cause Fear on one of them, but obviously I won't try until we are within what Vykos would assume to be range of his ability (30').

Vykos pats Reaper on the neck and whispers in his ear "Be ready boy."

(Male Human (Varisian) Undead Bloodline Sorcerer 2 Cleric of Urgathoa 2)

You're right, they amalgamated into Perception (with Listen). Remember too that Vykos gets harmed by Positive Energy, so Selectively Channel him out please. =)
Also he has a horse now (must have magically appeared under him to prevent heat stroke after I finished up his purchases). =)

Vykos has tied his blanket to his Scythe and Reaper's saddle and is trying to use it like a shade cloth as he rides.

"The sooner we are out of this blasted heat the better. I like being outdoors, my people love the open road, but this heat is ridiculous." You see a small wince as he mentions his people, something that you are now accustomed to.

"The sooner we reach this, what was it Drellin's Ferry, the better as far as I am concerned."

(Male Human (Varisian) Undead Bloodline Sorcerer 2 Cleric of Urgathoa 2)

OK I am now ready to go.

Jal can you just have one more quick look over the sheet to make sure everything is good.

Cheers

EDIT: Whoops! Nevermind, it's the Appraise skill that does this in conjuction with Detect Magic
That's gonna have to go the cleric/sorcerer, in exchange for us protecting him all the time.

I do have Identify as a spell choice (I know, probably a bad choice for a Sorcerer, but I have a passing interest in magical items... especially ones dealing with Necromancy). I also have Detect Magic as an "at will" Ability thanks to my Magic Domain.

And boy will I need protecting. Sorry guys.

Ironically, I am now only without flash_cxxi's character, but it is a bit more complex.

OK here he is.

Note: He is not fully finished yet and some things, like Spells and Equipment, will definately change (I just copied another of my PbP Characters and started to edit it). The basics are there for you to see Jal. I will get him fully completed and operational over the next day or two.
