Reflex vs Lightning bolt 1d20 + 4 + 1 ⇒ (15) + 4 + 1 = 20

Stunned as he is, Vulcan feels the crackling hin the air moments befor the strike, his body twisting, avoiding much of the bolt's damage, while his system absorbs some of the shock.

1/2 damage =22 - 5 Elec resistance =17 damage.

How long are we stunned for?

If this doesn't turn into a TPK

Are victims of the mind blast uncnscious or just stunned. If unconscious odds are we wouldn't be in line for the Lightning bolt. Let me know if I need to make a save

You do realize that that's like..24 seconds and that mentioning rounds breaks the narrative right? Just an observation.

Vulcan grabs the books containing notes on the mindworm experiments, stashing them in his pack for later perusal.

Vulcan feels the eerie power of the creature grip his body a moment before Bubba's spell washes over him, the bizarreness of feeling himself both accelerated and slowed allowing him to move at normal speed while still creating the sensation of moving in altered time.

The sorceror aiases his hand, a narrow beam of freezing energy lancing forth to add the the harm inflicted on the creature.

Sparks of lightning arc across the sorceror's body as the personalized windstorm howls around his body.

(Male Human Sorceror 7)

Vulcan quickly murmurs a brief phrase as he makes a basswith his hands. A swirling hemisphere of turbulent air beginning to orbit his body.

Works for me

(Male Human Sorceror 7)

Thanks, will revise in a couple hours on my lunch break

(Male Human Sorceror 7)

Ok will get to revising, also taking the leveling option of losing a spell for a different spell known swapping shield with Mage armor, way better duration.

(Male Human Sorceror 7)

Yeah the Protection from Evil defense against mental influence is a big one in this scenario."

Vulcan chuckles at Vug's description of the concoctions. "As long as they keep us alive they're fine by me. We should save the electricity protection ones until just before we engage them."

(Male Human Sorceror 7)

I say we go make teach those worthless bastards a lesson. Besides I think I may have picked up that lightning trick.

Vulcan's been waiting for a rest to level to 7 for about 8 pages now.

Vulcan feels the build of static in the air, but in the darkness is unable to react before the searing bolt of lighting rips through his body. Were he less inured to the elements of the storm he would surely be dead, instead the fading darkness found him on one knee barely holding himself off the ground, smoke rising from his body as sparks play along his arms.

Sure Bubba, Vulcan's a combat sorceror, not a manipulator. You keep the scroll.

Vulcan takes a deep breath as the healing flame washes over him, the burns healing as he shudders.

"Much appreciated, next time I decide to run through a wall of fire, just hit me over the head." Vulcan says inspecting the scroll.

(Male Human Sorceror 7)

Well he was high enough to cast wall of flame so it could be a while.

Feeling that the Archon's blessing is the only thing keeping him on his feet Vulacnwaits for the wall of fire to drop, assisting Vug in the search of the fallen.

(Male Human Sorceror 7)

Much appreciated but if the curtain of fire is opaque you can't target Vulcan to cast aid. As much as it sucks.

(Male Human Sorceror 7)

If that healing doesn't come quick Vulcan and possibly Vug are dead pretty soon, just in case, looking at options for another character if need be.

Remembering where he last saw the lizard woman, Vulcan unleashes a powerful torrent of water through the curtain of flames, steam rising as the continuous stream bursts through to hammer Ashka with heated water hurling her backwards.
