(Female Human Bard 1)

Vivienne looks at all the slaughter and mayhem, shakes her head in disbelief and walks away, trying to find a cure for her curse elsewhere.

(Female Human Bard 1)

Now I will live on in his memories... FOREVER!!!

(Female Human Bard 1)

After giving her name and the inn, where she is staying, for the records. She follows the gendarme to the morgue.

When she realizes, that their guide has stepped aside, she walks to the door and knocks, waiting for permission to enter.

(Female Human Bard 1)

"Let us look at my unlikely likeness in the morgue then. My dear gentlemen, would you be so kind to show us the way?" The first Vivienne addressed at the other members of the "congregation", the latter she spoke to the members of the Gendarmerie.

On her way out, she looks at Witchbrand with a bit of disdain. "Sometimes wishes have the tendency to become true in the worst way you can possibly imagine. I learned that the hard way."

(Female Human Bard 1)

"Well, in this case, my dear professor, might it be a thoughtful suggestion, that you accompany us to the morgue, and we follow you afterwards to the asylum? I'd like to lean on your expertise, while examing the dead twin."

(Female Human Bard 1)

"I would be very anxious to have a look at my doppleganger, twin or look-a-like."

(Female Human Bard 1)

"Where did that happen? Who saw this? I need to know more, monsieur."

(Female Human Bard 1)

Vivienne is visibly upset about the knowledge, implied in the words of the marshal. "She.. she .. is dead? What... What was her name? How did she die?"

(Female Human Bard 1)

Sense Motive (1d20+1=14), Listen (1d20+1=5)

"I know nothing of a twin sister, Monsieur Marshal. Would you care to elaborate, what notion brought you to asking this question? This would mean a great deal to me."

(Female Human Bard 1)

"You can count on my discretion about these sensitive subjects, dear Marshal. As far as commitment to the task, I will do my best to help you with this delicate matter."

(Female Human Bard 1)

(Female Human Bard 1)

"Dear Marshall, witnesses will tell you, that the this weird looking comrade at the table was cleaved down by the mad cook. Only after we had revived him from his near fatal wounds, he called upon the snake to attack the cook, as the ravening madman was still advancing on his victim. He only did that out of fear for his life and the life of the intended victim of the cook. No other guests were harmed by the snake, and you can see clearly, that it follows his orders."

Diplomacy Check (1d20 7=19)

(Female Human Bard 1)

Vivienne looks at Dayenn and Grim and says to the others: "We'd better follow them, we'd be taken for guests that are not members of the professor's matinee, otherwise." I should keep a look on this other fellow, who was attacked by the mad cook, he seems fishy to me. And this Grim, he will certainly learn not to mess with me.

With these words spoken Vivienne walks outside following Dayenn Naight and Grimnebulin.

(Female Human Bard 1)

Sense Motive (Nathan) (1d20 1=18)

Vivienne watched Nathan's face carefully as his consciousness returned, but she keeps herself from making any remarks or snippy comments.

As the other one rattles off his sleepiness, she helps the big man up.

"Grim, you don't want to go down that road. Just a tip for you to stay alive." Vivienne says to Grimnebulin, but loud enough, that Nathan is also able to hear, what she is saying.

"Collaborating with the gendarmerie should be our better choice of avenues. We have nothing to hide... haven't we?"

(Female Human Bard 1)

"Sure, professor."

Vivienne makes her way to the scene of the fight (in the hope that WItchbarnd or Armand both pick up the cleaver before she arrives there). There she kneels down to the sleeping figures and shakes Nathaniel and Grim softly at their shoulders to bring them back to consciousness.

(Female Human Bard 1)

Spot (1d20+1=11)

Vivienne motions to Armand. "Armand, Witchbrand, take the Cleaver." She picks up a knife from the table making ready to throw it at any opponent. "I'll cover you."

(Female Human Bard 1)

Spot;Sense Motive (1d20+1=5, 1d20+1=20)

Vivienne waits until the spell cast by Dayenn Night finds hold, before she steps into action.

I did notice it, too

Spoiler:
If the cook with the cleaver falls down asleep, Vivienne just walks over to him takes the weapon out of his hands and knocks him further into the land of dreams with the pommel of her dagger, before binding im. "Everything's under control. Please be seated and wait until the guard will arrive. I am sure they will want to hear the testimony of yours."
Diplomacy (1d20+7=27)

If the cook does not fall asleep, Vivienne lets out a shriek, a sung high note, that might chill everyone to the bone and let them stop, what they are doing.
Perform(song) (1d20+7=18)

(Female Human Bard 1)

"Well, I do not remember you, Monsieur Fouchard. Have we met before?"

(Female Human Bard 1)

"Greetings, Monsieur. Please join us at our humble gathering and enjoy a good breakfast. The good professor will be taking up the bill. My name is Vivienne Marais, and I am also seeking the Professor about some things that only he may shed a light upon. These others are some very peculiar fellows, he picked up in the night, but they will certainly introduce themselves... I hope."

Vivienne points to an empty seat.

"Grim, some themes are not really appropriate to use in jokes. Cannibalism might be okay, though only barely, cannibalism with babies is not, definetely."

"And yes, you are right, I am not good with jokes. Fate taught me too much harsh lessons to appreciate a good joke and laugh about it. How abaout you?"

(Female Human Bard 1)

"Dwarves are about 4 feet tall fellows. What they seemingly lack in height, they match in bulk and sturdiness. I'd advise you to never join a dwarf in a drinking contest, he will most likely win. And no, he is most likely not a dwarf."

"And the thing about babies? You will most likely be going down a path you'll never return from, if you have tasted this knowingly. And I will see to it myself, that you will never reach the end of this way. You'll bite the dust first."

(Female Human Bard 1)

"Well, the good professor seems certainly a bit out of sorts, but he looks a tad tired. If he would be called to appear before the council today, he would need to refresh himself a bit, before going there. It does not make a good impression to give a performance when you're tired."

(Female Human Bard 1)

"Gentlemen, this childish behaviour has to cease. We'd be thrown out, if this bickering continues. And I can only recommend the Petit Fours, they are delicious. It'd would be such a shame, if you would not be able to taste them."

Then Vivienne focuses her gaze on Dayenn, "And what have you planned for today, Professor, that it will be so glorious?"

(Female Human Bard 1)

No offence taken.

"Owed, it is? Hmhm... and what? Still to be determined...? ... But yes, I will join your little party. One question first, as you are a master of hypnosis. I have heard, that some people see images from their past and sometimes even before that. Is it true? Have you been able to breach that barrier?"

(Female Human Bard 1)

"Not exactly what I wished for in our first meeting, Professor, but your colleagues are looking very distinguished. I am tempted to join you at your table." Vivienne folds the newspaper. "But only after an acceptable excuse has been given, for letting a lady wait for an appointment. It should be the other way round..."

If Vivienne appears to be bossy, tough art not mistaken...

(Female Human Bard 1)

Radavel:

Spoiler:

Spot (1d20 + 1=6)

These articles are very interesting. And this Darby will certainly send me a note, when the Professor arrives. If not, he will be veeery sorry.

(Female Human Bard 1)

Spoiler:

"Yes, please. I'd be delighted, if you could bring me this morning's newspaper, while I wait for my appointment to arrive."

(Female Human Bard 1)

Radavel:

Spoiler:

"I'd like a cup of green tea with jasmine flowers, please. And a small selection of Petit Fours, if you would be so kind. I would be delighted, if you you give me a table where I can get a view of the street?"

Vivienne lets herself be shown to a small table.

(Female Human Bard 1)

Radavel:

Spoiler:

"My dear man, I will certainly come back to your home in a moment, but if I'd take of your offer immediately your master would certainly regret it. If he comes back, before I return, so be it. I will not be expecting him to turn up before midday, even later if he was in the arms of a woman this night. I will be back before that time, and even if he turns up earlier than I think, you might mention to him, that I am to be found over there."

Vivienne goes into the tavern and orders a breakfast.

(Female Human Bard 1)

"What? The doctor is not in the house? You said to me yesterday, that he would be available this morning. Here I am. And? Where is he? Tell him, I am furious about his lack of reliability."

Vivienne storms out of the house of the doctor and right into the tavern across the street.

(Female Human Bard 1)

My affection perhaps...? Oh, you certainly would not want that.

Vivienne will contact the esteemed Doctor to inquire something about Hypnosis. She heard a rumor, that it may be possible to relive memories of ancestors while in trance. A subject she is very interested in, though she will not tell you why.

Radavel? Did you check my numbers and backstory?

(Female Human Bard 1)

"I am not sure, if you will not sway from your opinion, once you know me better." Her eyes flutter a bit and she begins to shiver slightly, but it is totally unclear, if it is from being coy or from being filled with fear. "But be assured. If you do not treat me like a friend, you will be in no danger."

(Female Human Bard 1)

Will Save (1d20+3=14)

You wanna keep your hands to yourself, mister. For your own good...

(Female Human Bard 1)

That's me in the corner...
trying not to stand out...
losing my conviction
