Class Features:

Channel Energy (Negative) 3d6, 4x Per Day, DC 13 for 1/2
Channeling energy causes a burst that affects all creatures of one type (either undead or living) in a 30-foot radius centered on the cleric. Creatures that take damage from channeled energy receive a Will save to halve the damage. This is a standard action that does not provoke an attack of opportunity. A cleric can choose whether or not to include herself in this effect. A cleric must be able to present her holy symbol to use this ability.

Domain Powers
Hell's Corruption (Su): You can cause a creature to become more susceptible to corruption as a melee touch attack. Creatures touched take a –2 penalty on all saving throws and must roll all opposed skill checks twice, taking the worse result. This effect lasts for a number of rounds equal to 1/2 your cleric level (minimum 1). You can use this ability for a number of times per day equal to 3 + your Wisdom modifier.

Fire Bolt (Sp): As a standard action, you can unleash a scorching bolt of divine fire from your outstretched hand. You can target any single foe within 30 feet as a ranged touch attack with this bolt of fire. If you hit the foe, the fire bolt deals 1d6 points of fire damage + 1 point for every two cleric levels you possess. You can use this ability a number of times per day equal to 3 + your Wisdom modifier

Appearance/Personality:

Valeria Messalina is petite pale skinned woman with silky smooth raven black hair. She stands just over 5'4 and weighs 120 pounds. She is rarely seen without a heavy layer of makeup. Her facial skin is usually coated in bronzing powder with thick black eye liner and dark blue or green shades of eye shadow. The use of the makeup gives her face a dramatic intense look of ferocity.

Her clothing is always expensive and expertly tailored with high collars and lace in the Cheliaxian style. She prefers to wear black, accented and trimmed in gold. When traveling she prefers to wear a long black leather coat with high rigid collar trimmed in gold with the interior lined with red silk.

A golden upside down pentagram of her god Asmodeus hangs like a pendant from around her neck.

Background/History:

Valeria was born in Cheliax a daughter to the house of Messalina in Westcrown. The Messalina house is a minor cousin to the house Charthagnion and as such is bound to the supernatural pact with infernal powers. Valeria family are pure diabolist worshiping order of the 9 hells and venerating the society of structure and diktats that put all souls in there correct and proper places.

At the age of 7, Valeria was sent to the northern Cheliax to a commune of priestesses of Asmodeus high in the Menador Mountains. She spent most of her life secluded from the “normal” world learning harsh lessons of life from the Sisters. Her childhood was stripped from her as was her disobedience to command.

She grew up learning that in life all actions are a contract and that the balance of said contract must always be made right, even if the price seems too great to pay. She once witnessed desperate men begging for cures to their diseases pay his bill by selling their children to the Church of Asmodeus. She learned to loathe and abhorrer the “unnatural” immortals and the demons most of all. So great was her faith in Asmodeus orderly lawful world that she became more than a nun. She began to be able to wield the hallowed profane powers of the hells.

As a cleric of Asmodeus she was sent to aid the Hell Knights and eventually become a Signifier in their order. She was assigned to the Order of the Pike in the Whispering woods. The Order of the Pike hunts down monsters that flourish in civilized lands, a task that pleased Valeria very much. She completed numerous missions for the order gaining skills and powers.

It became time for Valeria to take her place as a Hell Knight Signifier. Only a single task yet remains; to seek out and slay a demon. For this task she was sent north from Cheliax towards the World Wound with an ancient Hell Knight by the name of Stanious Walther. Walther was too old to survive the trip and perished in the dismal lands of Ustalav. Since her task must be witnessed by a Hell Knight to gain her the right to be a Signifier, Valeria was instructed to stay where she was in the town of Carrion Hill until a suitable replacement could be found.

Wisely Valeria has chosen this time to further hone her skills against the task ahead.
