Get Elaine Cunningham to write some Pathfinder novels and you'll have more of my money for sure!

3.5 Books are going out of print. It would be nigh on impossible for Paizo to support their adventure modules when expecting new players to get the books required to play the game on Ebay. So, they need (obviously) to print out a new rulebook.

Now, they could just print out the SRD, slap on some Character Creation/Advancement rules and a few other needed things and call it a day. However, if they are printing a new rulebook, why not take the time to fix some of the issues that are commonly acknowledged as flaws in 3.5 Edition. I think fixing those flaws, tweaking certain aspects and doing other minor changes is a smart move, honestly. No sense just printing out the SRD!

Of course, these changes need to be well considered and not too major. Or else the vaunted compatibility is at risk. But really, while they are printing out a new rulebook, they may as well fix some of the issues.

On my copy of the PDF, I'm missing the A's in all the text Headings, and getting black boxes on the top left and right (alternating) corner of each page. Might be just my PDF reader though.

One wonders what else the Spellplague could be responsible for in the Realms. Naturally it can't affect any areas where computer games have been made (contractual immunity and all that), but everything else is up for grabs.

Anyway, it's really, really dumb. In ways I could describe for hours on end. But really, I've neither the time, energy or patience to take WoTC to task for destroying my favourite setting. Le sigh.

I cannot wait till I get this module. I Desire it greatly. Seriously, All I want is you. It'll be perfect for my new urban campaign I've been planning, though my city, where the streets have no name (yet) needs fleshing out somewhat.
