Two fire damage from the drows

Jumping back from the flames, as the drow burst into fire, Urthona views the welts forming on his hands with horror. "Die in flames. From what hell are they?" He goes down the stairs. "Something was in the next room." Urthona goes to the northern entrance of the exhibit hall.

Pulling his sword out of the body of his first victim, Urthona uses the momentum to step to the other attacker on the stairs, delivering a powerful blow at his opponent.

"RAAAAAH!"

Urthona screams at his opponents in rage as he sees in bewilderment, that those drow would not deem him important enough to be facing him. With this sword he unleashes a mighty swing against the enemy in front of him, seeing his blade bite into the body of the drow.

Urthona makes a step forward (Five foot step forward to B15) and swings at the dark skinned elf in front of him.

Attack (rage), longsword damage (rage) (1d20+6=14, 1d8+5=13)

Urthona, note that the drow have spiked chains -- they can attack you from where they are.

Correct, but otherwise I would not have been able to receive a cure spell without you getting an AOO and be able to strike before they do.

Urthonas eyes narrow in anticipation of the attack of the drow.

Urthona hisses at the two darkskinned elves.

"Careful o'the chains, reach."

Urthona runs yelling towards the first enemy and strikes at him with all his might.

Urthona follows close on the heels of the knight, as the group enters the next room, longsword drawn, ready for action.

"Ah can see better in glum than others. Ah'll follow Shagraat."

"Let's get it on then. Waitin's not me strength."

"Just point me to the danger. Then it's slice'n'dice."

Having heard nothing in the great hall, Urthona returns to the others, just in time to hear Andrei speak about him. "It's Urthona. Sure, watch needs note. Wanted to speak with Krone about Xendrik journey. How'd the guy got killed? Other corpses? Things stolen?"

Being message boy's better than knowing no church representative at all. This is m'first chance. If it doesn't work out, Ah'll charge m'normal fee.

This was in edit even before your reply. I am always fiddling around with Urthona's speech, trying to be impatient, but not insulting.

"Damn. Closed. In for the night, in for the blame."

Urthona looks around in the main hall and for any movement beyond, with Benedetto standing next to him.

In a few quick strides Urthona is up the stairs and with the others on the gallery. His sword drawn, throwing quick glances in every direction, if a danger might present itself. "Not shifter. Urthona."

If you thought you might outrun him, think again.

"What's there? Where shall I go?"

"I'd gonna caught the culprit, I am that fast. Gotten away now. Surely."

Urthone shakes his head.

Don't want to be on the bad side of the only representative of the Church directly at the outset. Be patient... count to ten...but MY speed can help here...no...think of your mission... wait for the knight's signs...but anybody will surely be getting away... wait..1...2...3...4...5...6...

Urthona stops, waiting like a drawn bow string to spring into action, while the others are going silently to the source of commotion.

"Nope, wouldn't do that. That gal is in trouble... if not from someone else, surely from me. Or is she testing us?"

Urthona looks aronud... the seconds tick away. Closing time looms.

"Perhaps that guy in the church outfit knows more?" He nods to the knight in the armor of the Church of the Silver Flame. "Hope, it's not leadin' to a scavenger hunt. Sendin' us this way, that way, and in the end back to tha museum... I hate these."

Hearing the clutter..."What's that? Ah'll have a look. Ye comin' or what?"

Urthona is already on his way to the point of origin of the sound.

"Waitin's not ma best virtue. Seems the Church will not give any new jobs tonight. Least they'll close up in five minutes. Then Ah'll be able to get back t'my old job."

That's what I was warned about. I am at the beginning of my search.
Patience is not his virtue.
If this does not work. I will find something other that will (might).

Sure, I am looking for work. Work that brings me closer to the Church. I want something they have. But this avenue will be closing soon and my patience is running out. This message running thing is only a job to keep me from suffering hunger.

I have finished most of my profile. Some things in the background are still missing (point of origin and previous dealings with his tribe and in Sharn). The rest is ready to go.
