Mike,
Welcome to the Paizo message boards. Thanks for joining us.
I do not agree that randomly created dungeons with randomly placed monsters guarding (or not) randomly determined treasure are superior to well-thought out, intentionally designed locations, encounters, and treasures.
However, if that is your preferred style of play, there are guidelines/tables for this in the 3.5 DMG, as others have pointed out. If your problem is more a result of the gamers in your area not being interested in "randomly generated D & D," you could try looking around at PBP (play by post) and VTT (virtual tabeltop) sites and see if you can find others who are looking for your kind of game.
Also, on behalf of the greater Paizo community*, let me apologize for the unnecessary insults upthread.
One again, welcome. We hope you stay.

How does one "wield" a breath weapon ? :)
Silly answer time...
Very carefully.

P.S. Dunno if it makes a difference, but I was in southern VA. To the people there, people from D.C./Arlington sounded like Marylanders, whom they amusingly considered to be "Yankees."
All depends on what side of the Mason-Dixon line you were. Maryland was on the "Yankee" side of that line and that war.
*shrug*
Maryland may have ended up on the Yankee side of the war, but it was (and is) definitely on the South side of the Mason-Dixon line.
The Mason-Dixon line was drawn to determine the borders between Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Delaware, with Pennsylvania on the north side of the Line, Maryland on the south, and Delaware on the east (the Line actually makes an almost 90 degree turn to the south marking the border between Maryland and Delaware).

May or may not be subscribed to one or more of the Pathfinder subscriptions.

Also, how many (and what) subscriptions are there? I count 4 total: modules, chronicles, adventure paths, and companion. Am I missing any?
Those are all the Pathfinder subscriptions.
There is also a subscription for Planet Stories.

You probably took the picture.
Oh yeah, I remember that opening act. Wasn't there some hot chick in that band? 'Bout all I can remember (shows where my mind was then). Yeah I took a load of pictures that day, close to 20 rolls, back in the film days. But Uncle Sam was paying for them, so ...
There actually ended up being two "opening" acts.
One from Eskan, my friends, who played a few hours before the concert; and one from PSAB, a hot chick singing and her boyfriend playing the guitar.
Both took place on a different stage off to the side.

Dude, we probably walked right by each other a dozen times. I was the linguist/journalist/chauffer for the TF 2-43 high-ups. If you were there when the SECDEF showed up or at the Hootie and the Blowfish concert at PSAB or when Madeline Alnright came strolling thru I was the guy with the camera following them around. If you were there when SMA Hall was giving his pep talk I was the guy he threatened (jokingly) to send to Korea. I was out at Pat site IV all the time driving the muckety mucks about. Always going to PSAB as well.

I was there for about 4 1/2 months. End of '98, beginning of '99.
No frackin' way. I was with TF 2-43 on the ADA side. Where were you? Oct '98-Mar '99 .

Im not supposed to release where Im at over the internet or cell phone but I may be in a tiny country that sticks off of Saudi Arabia in the Persian Gulf that may happen to be facing Iran ;).
Ah. We were not under the same restriction when I was there. Of course, we weren't actively engaging in combat, either.
Anyway, I used to know a guy who worked in a similar location as a civilian.
Good luck!
