I have to admit that the lack of a shipment e-mail after 7 business days is extremely disheartening.

Howdy all,

I'm going to be running what is hopefully the last portion of HMM over the next two sessions with my group and I have come across the following situation:

It seems way more logical for the "after Rannick" portion of the module to progress as follows.

Rain starts.

2-4 days after the PCs retake the fort Yap arrives at Rannick. Tells PCs about Myriana and asks for help.

More rain.

PCs pass through Turtleback Ferry and inform them of the situation at Rannick

More rain.

PCs meet Myriana in the Shimmerglens.

More rain.

PCs arrive in Turtleback Ferry as the flood starts. Hilarity ensues.

PCs head for Skulls Crossing, kill things.

PCs make their way up Hook Mountain, more things die.

This seems not only to flow more logically (in my mind) from the provided clues but also from the standpoint of the locations on the map.

Any thoughts as to why this might not be optimal or problems I may encounter?

Just looked through the whole adventure trying to find out what the initial troop complement of Fort Rannick was.

No Joy.

I'm thinking in the 35 to 50 range with 8-12 comprising the long range patrol that the survivors were in.

Any thoughts, suggestions?
