He approaches Devrin "Brother we are one for one you saved my life and I am glad to return the favor, I pledge to you I will always have your back, for Desna's butterfly is always welcome at the forge of Torag"

I think Barbarian is a better Roleplay fit nice and wild...But Fighter and the right feat can also simulate this.
Umlo is leveled up see advancement section, I also updated my views, Umlo no longer wants to burn Fern at the stake :), Timespike are you dipping into Ranger? I may dip into Paladin later lol!

Umlo pats his bumps and bruises, AYe brother, but I could use soem patching up as could some of our nonbearded folk". Umlo winks a smile at Grond, "Its good of ye to show up stonebrother, I missed my friend"

like i posted earlier Umlo is swimming to the fern side of the chasm, making sure he is still armed, then will climb up to help korpi and fern. let me know when i get up there u said about 3 rounds.

Umlo gets Devrin to Kyran's rope and helps him to start up it. All the while he eyes up the other side to see if there is a way to climb up to help Fern, and Korpi...Yes even the little green piece of snot Love ya Korpi

Umlo uncorks one of the healing potions and gently administers it into Devrin's limp body, "Come on lad this will help ye" Umlo soothly offers

Umlo feels the tide pulling him and the worshipper of Desna down into the dark, he relaxes a little and welcomes the wet death, with hopes of seeing his wife and children again, he is ready to let it take control when he spots a butterfly in the corner of his eye, it almost becons him to shore, with that he mutters in Dwarven "Its not my time my dear, soon but not now" With all his strength he kicks and tries to make it to the shore.

Umlo does his best to kick his stubby legs towards the cleric, he uses all he can muster to get Devrin out of the water.

how far of a drop would it be for Umlo if he climbs down the bridge like a ladder then lets go in an attempt to save Devrin?

Oh oh! so if i understand this right I am pretty much in the middle of the bridge closer to the side I came? The ropes at the far end came apart, but the ropes on the Kyran side are in tact?
Umlo realising his stubby legs cannot get him saftly to either end of the bridge stows his weapon and sheild and tangles himself into the rope with his arms and legs and braces himself for the eventual pendulumn slam that the bridge will take as it swings hard to the end Kyran has jumped to with a loud Yell Umlo exclaims Kyran, Brace the rope and don't drop me! Umlo hangs on for dear life!

Umlo's stuby legs fly fast to his surprise to stand fast by his, he cannot even believe that he thinks the thought....to stand by fast to protect his greenskined companion...a GOBLIN! fury and rage fill Umlo and he is not sure if it is because he is going to battle, or because he has a goblin as a companion.....

I doubt that armour would fit me, what type is it exactly? "I'd rather we just run him through and be done with it, if he aint gonna help us no more, than his usefulness has run its course, to me he is just another vermin to be extinguished". Umlo hopes this intimidation tactic will make the goblin talk more. He turns to Fern "Aye I remember what this little snot is capable of, my flesh is still warm". Looking to the paladin with a sly wink "Kyran, if we could just cut both his hands off and have Dervin heal him, we aint have ta worry about no more arcane fire or witchcraft work from him". Pulling his axe out he growls "Lets just be done with him

Umlo asks the captive goblin, "Could you draw us a map of this place and list what the rooms are, that way we can avoid hurting any of the goblins... The thought of letting the greenskins live makes Umlo vomit a bit in his mouth.

Umlo grunts at the thought of letting this goblin live, but is impressed with the worshiper of Desna's ability to get important information about the real threat behind this attack. Umlo grunts "Old Gods, that sounds lovely" Umlo spits at the ground.

I am off to Europe for 3 weeks please DMPC Umlo, He is very fond and protective of all of the group although he will not admit that to all of the members. I will pop in as much as I can but I am away from sept 1-21st. I am sure I will check in at least a little but DMPC Umlo to keep things moving. Lets get those Goblins! See you all when I get back, I will post once more before I leave tommorow just want to make sure you guys know where I am.

Umlo looks to the priest of Desna "Can ye patch these holes up, he got me better than I expected" states Umlo as he spits his beard out of his mouth. Umlo twists in discomfort and readjusts his armor to take some of the pressure away from his two wound sites.

Having closed the distance Umlo pulls out his Dwarven war Axe and slices at the Goblin viciously "I'll gut you for that"

Umlo starts to move towards the Goblin caster, as he pulls out his throwing axe and hurls it at the greenskin. "Back to the ground with ye you menance"

If we are down 2 PCs maybe we put a post in the gamer connection to get 2 replacements with their new players, maybe they are prosoners of the goblin's....Chris you are doing an awsome job
