sure

Ok I'll get to updating and revising the character tomorrow.

Will post on sunday

Hey Val, last time you were recruiting for this one I was in but had some stuff come up before completing the character remodel, would like to continue if that's ok.

Valegrim wrote:

Send me an email; valgrymr@gmail.com so you can decide how much background to spill to others. Also; need you to choose your elf half race; wood; silver; grey, sea.

I think of her being a bit wild rather that super cultured, so maybe wood elf.

And what do roll for the bow?

Stat re rolls

4d6 ⇒ (5, 1, 3, 3) = 12
4d6 ⇒ (4, 4, 6, 1) = 15
4d6 ⇒ (5, 3, 3, 1) = 12
4d6 ⇒ (1, 6, 5, 4) = 16
4d6 ⇒ (2, 3, 2, 4) = 11
4d6 ⇒ (5, 4, 4, 4) = 17

So changing Con Int and Charisma to 11, 15 and 16

Changing favored enemy to goblinoid
Materworked sword and sickle

Picked Longbow for magic weapon, just tell me what to roll.

Percentage rolls
1d100 ⇒ 92,1d100 ⇒ 67,1d100 ⇒ 70,1d100 ⇒ 12,1d100 ⇒ 11,1d100 ⇒ 53,1d100 ⇒ 61,1d100 ⇒ 47,1d100 ⇒ 63,1d100 ⇒ 70

Will choose warrior role from the elflands so she'll be an imperial citizen. will get working on the background soon.

Leveling up to 2

Ok; the world has been in worldwide turmoil and war for over the last 10 to 30 years depending on which continent your speaking; so the consider this world very much in war torn condition.

So; make two of your weapons mastercrafted; one item can be magic; so pick a weapon or armor; we will roll on it so see what magic quality.

you must decide if your a warrior or a spy; rangers do both tasks. Warriors fight for lands and ideal and generally follow what the Druids tell them; Spies fight for political arms; as a half elf; you could be part of any government most anywhere. If this is of interest we can talk about a few that may interest you. Some have deep cover to to so many governments nobody is really sure of who they work for but Frey or Corellian themselves.

Most non humans have repositories of weapons so may start with a magic weapon; most human may not as all magic has been stripped from most human lands by agents of chaos and evil. The exception being human mages of the Order of the Mask; they will at least start with a magical mask and connection to the Imperial Orb.

Anyone from the central or southern or Elflands may be an imperial citizen for free; take it as a Free Feat; the advantages and dissadvantages of having it offset so is personal choice.

I'm here.

Well I'm sure Gandel would be happy with her as an addition to the team. And another half elf is just perfect. We can use another warm body so if DM Zack's ok with it, I say welcome.

The expression on Thorn's face slowly transitions from surprise to approval to respect and lastly a wicked satisfaction as Gandel lays out his plan.

"Think fast."

1d20 + 3 ⇒ (5) + 3 = 8

Thorn holds her bow ready, leveled at the chief, prepared to fire at any sudden movement.

Stealth1d20 + 7 ⇒ (14) + 7 = 21

"Better that than leave them here to cause trouble."

Yep intercept is prime directive. Of he's surrounded by guards or other trouble arises we adjust.

Do we have a fresh map?

"Yes, let's move."

Now only down 1 hp. Good roll!

"Good work Ash. We move on the chief first, then use a tactical approach for the dragon, let's go."

"I think that would be a good idea Ash, I'd rather be able to fight before moving on and be cautious later."

I'm here.

"Works for me, we lose, you lose."

"Fair enough. Those of you who take action against us and fight for the chief and his dragon will propably die, but any of your frinds who lay down their arms or assist us will live and be left to your own counsel after this is all over. As long as you do not in any way harm or threaten the town."

sense motive1d20 + 5 ⇒ (15) + 5 = 20

"Why would you warn us and prepare us for your chief's actions?"

Bleeding heavily Thorn glares at the kobolds, shaking her head at Suny's actions.

"If you lead us into a trap or turn on us in any way, I will personally kill every last one of you."

In that case, previous round
Thorn steps out again firing on the armored demigod, her will focused on his swift death.
1d20 + 7 ⇒ (19) + 7 = 26
1d8 + 3 ⇒ (1) + 3 = 4

This round As the creature strikes Suny Thorn unleashes another arrow with a yell of anger and challenge.

1d20 + 3 ⇒ (10) + 3 = 13includes -4 for shooting into melee
1d8 + 3 ⇒ (8) + 3 = 11

Are we in the round where Thorn shot the priest or the next?

Thorn fires again at the Kobold priest. Stepping to the side to cut off the angle of return fire.Move to R3

tAKING BACK ACTION TO SEE WHAT kOBOLDS DO SINCE i ACT LAST.

Thorn levels her bow at the Kobold demigod, her voice taking on a practiced field command tone.

"Suny and Gandel, take his flunkies, one shot one kill! Ash hon it's your big moment, I'm the steel against steel, you're magic against magic, we take this bastard down right here!"

Init:1d20 + 3 ⇒ (2) + 3 = 5

As violence erupts around her Thorn releases a shot at the Kobold priest.

1d20 + 7 ⇒ (4) + 7 = 11 1d8 + 3 ⇒ (7) + 3 = 10

"Be careful," Thorn whispers as she scans the corridor.

perception 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (14) + 10 = 24

Thorn steps in studying the room for a moment then nods to Gandel to move forward.

"Double door works for me."

Thorn squats down to determine the direction in which the bodies have been moved.

Survival1d20 + 10 ⇒ (18) + 10 = 28

"Alright guys, let's move forward, same setup as before, Gandel if you come across something ugly, fall back."

Thorn glances over at Suny and flashes her a momentary smile. "Will do"

Bow leveled she proceeds to the corner swinging around it in a wide step.

"If we see this bastard, remember don't close until we've sofened him up at range."

"Odds are he's setting up a trap for us while he's healing, but I want everyone back on their feet before we move."

She turns towards the unarmed Suny. "What exactly was your brillant idea dropping your weapon and calling him like that?"

Has he run around a corner or does Thorn have an opportunity to shoot him in the back?

"You heard her, move. NOW!!

"Are you out of your mind?!?! There's no way in hell I'm leaving you down here with him. Ash get Gandel out of here! Wait at the entrance, if we're not there in 2 minutes or you hear him coming, run!"

Thorn fires a nother shot at the armored creature, quickly reloading.

1d20 + 8 ⇒ (20) + 8 = 28 1d8 + 4 ⇒ (2) + 4 = 6

1d20 + 8 ⇒ (1) + 8 = 9 2d8 + 8 ⇒ (4, 8) + 8 = 20

FROM FEAST TO FAMINE

Should the kobold charge her,

Spoiler:
Thorn will take a 5ft step to Y29, forcing potentiall attacks of opportunity from her allies as he passes.

Thorn launches another shot, this time firing at the armored kobold champion. "C'mon you bastard! I'll kill you myself!"

1d20 + 7 ⇒ (15) + 7 = 22 1d8 + 3 ⇒ (2) + 3 = 5

"Ash get Gandel back here behind me, Suny cover them!"

Turning on her heel Thorn fires a shot down the hallway, her height eliciting a plunging shot at the kobold facing Ash.

1d20 + 7 ⇒ (16) + 7 = 23 1d8 + 3 ⇒ (2) + 3 = 5

As the Skeletons begin to rise Thorn steps to her right taking her out of range of a swipe from the one before her as she looses an arrow.

1d20 + 5 ⇒ (1) + 5 = 6 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 1 = 7

I really hate this dice roller

Thorn enters the room, and steps to the side sweeping with her bow and signalling for Suny to follow her in next.

After about thirty feet the corridor opens up into a chamber. Six skeletal corpses are strewn through this room. The ceiling is covered with cobwebs, and there is a small puddle in the middle of the room. In a corner there are bits of rotted wood.

Thorn scans the chamber, her eyes combing the area for any sign of ambush or indication as to what led to the ske;etons' condition.
