Lassiviren

but if you want to do this it should only be offered as a variant such as the battle sorcerer.

Lassiviren

dragonlance either way once it was taken over by Wotc they never really tried to push it the only books i found for it were third party so why wouldn't they want to move out of the situation

Lassiviren

well there are probably multiple reasons why its over priced, some jackass was probably running around with a rapier of brilliant energy calling it a "light saber" i dont think its over priced.

if you dont like it lower the price in your campiagn dnd runs on house rules

OK so I had an issue the other night in a game and would like some advice on it.

Our barbarian was in a rage and was hit to -9 hp. Does Rage end when the barbarian goes unconscious and the rage HP are lost possibly causing death, or does the rage continue into the negative hp range

Thanks

at certian levels the barbarian stays conscience while raging or maybe thats a feat dont feel like looking it up right now and it doesnt matter its all up to the dm for roleplaying possibilities.

i mean if i was gaming i would give him one final stike and then he passed out and he landed the hit.

anyway thats just me

Lassiviren

how would you make up the five deadly vemon's in dnd?

Toad style - basic invincibility
Centipede - speed
Lizard - wall walking
snake - two finger pressure point attacks
scorpion - cant really describe

but how to do it?

Lassiviren

im usually a spellcaster so i dont think ive ever take improved crit does the range stack from 19-20 to 18-20 and so on?

bc that would be the only feat i would take when i make up the force missle mage

Lassiviren

i've been searching and i found out that alot of old bruce lee movies got pretty good dnd music

Lassiviren

so you can still be considered a young gamer even if you've been playing for a decade, a 2nd ed vet and all....wow my confidence is totally shot.

thanks and i have a job interveiw in a few hours.

bastards.

Lassiviren

Also never do this if your playing with your wife for the first time and also never leave a head of something you killed as a warning to the rest. she looks at you weird for about a month

Lassiviren

me and a couple of the guys started really started going nuts after that article came out on how to make a boat out of a dragon corpse. so everyone started cutting every monster up they ran into for about 3 or 4 months then it started to get really out of hand when the theme for one of the pc's was Mr Burns' See My Vest.

Lassiviren

ughhhh this is retarded

Lassiviren

yup like that

Lassiviren

someone was changing and altering the system on and off altering the text a few of us were posting and so on

Lassiviren

well thats the problem, was planning on dming a eberron game but i email the players the options and they got kinda freaked out and the final outcome was something like can we convert the world to 2nd ed... and i was bewildered to say the least

I can't really blame them, especially if they're new to 3.5 edition. My advice would be to limit the campaign to the core classes and the artificer class if you want to run an Eberron game. You don't have to include anything you or your players don't like.

And if everyone is really new to the most recent system, why not leave Eberron for another campaign when everyone is confident with the rules? It's perfectly fine to just run straight from the three core books. And that new class (which is based on some complicated rules, creating magic items) and those for new races could end up confusing everybody and cause more time spent on looking things up.

Just some suggestions.

well mainly because eberron is what provoked the interest im not even trying to explain psionics from dark sun to today i just straight up outed it. and one of my buddies keeps on reffering to warforged as robocops... i can tell no matter what its going to be interesting and a learn as you go kinda deal too bad that i wont be able to keep the campaign going. they are in nyc and im in Las Vegas

To make this battle fair, you need to have it in an arena that isn't just a big colosseum. Perhaps a hall of columns, where the wizard won't be able to just blast the fighter into non-existence in 1 round.

I totally agree with Xaaon of Xen'Drik

isnt this test going to turn in a who is the better player and there should be some even ground whereas you both have the same stats or somethin same stats before racial mods of course like you each roll three or a third party roll

Lassiviren

well its been a bit since ive gone over the rules. and no one catches everything
