(5 stars)The Grandfatherhttps://paizo.com/products/btpy8qq1?Pathfinder-Society-Scenario-321-The-Temple-of-Empyreal-Enlightenment2012-06-02T21:44:01Z
Pathfinder Society Scenario #3-21: The Temple of Empyreal Enlightenment (PFRPG) PDF

This scenario is packed with awesome roleplay and a story that will chill players to the bone.

The atmosphere and suspense is more tangible than in any scenario I have previously run or played. Players will not know what to expect but they will know from the first minutes of play that they are in for a challenge unlyke anything the PFS has presented before.

Kudos to Ron Lundeen and Mark Moreland for an original and well presented story!

Pathfinder Society Scenario #3-21: The Temple of Empyreal Enlightenment (PFRPG) PDF

This scenario is packed with awesome roleplay and a story that will chill players to the bone.

(4 stars)The Grandfatherhttps://paizo.com/products/btpy8mfm?Pathfinder-Tales-Master-of-Devils2011-11-02T13:00:31Z
Pathfinder Tales: Master of Devils

Dave has done it again this novel is fast paced and very funny. The characters are memorable and as reader I was sucked whole into Tian-Xia.
It was like reliving great chinesse fantasy movies such as "Crouching Tiger Hiden Dragon", "House of Flying Dagers" and "Hero".
However, the ending comes through as a bit rushed and without the final judgement I was expecting and hoping for.
The characters are a ragtag band of anti-heroes which I find refreshing. What could have been a stereotipical battle of good vs. evil is one of evil vs. scum.

RDL writes in a style that makes it hard to put this book away.

Pathfinder Tales: The Worldwound Gambit

An imaginative twist combining elements of The Ring and Oceans 11.

However I got increasingly more frustrated and uninterested as it became apparent that our choice of actions and our skills had no real bearing on the progression of events in the scenario.

Many OP scenarios railroad players through a predetermined set of events/encounters, but at least have a sense of purpose and manage to give players an illusion of being able to choose which course of action is take.

The randomness of The Asmodeus Mirage takes even that away and made me loose all sense of selfdetermination. The scenario absolutely succeeds at making me feel lost as in wandering through endless dunes, but more in a frustrating way than in a wanderous desert exploration way.

We had fun however the faction missions where well thought out.

Pathfinder Society Scenario #15: The Asmodeus Mirage (OGL) PDF (Retired)

I was enterntained and had a good time while playing this scenario.
The Pathfinder RPG Core Rulebook is everything I always hoped D&D 4E would be, but failed to.

PFRPG is loyal to the roots of the game and to the players who have carried it forth for so many years.
It is obvious that the game's designers love and respect the game as much as the fans do.

It brings a fresh breath of life to the game and fixes the vast majority of problems of D&D.

The quality of the book is impecable and its sheer size is justifies its price. 578 pages - all full of relevant and thoughtthrough material.

There are unfortunately a number of small typos and editorial glitches, but nothing that would detract significantly from my enjoinment of the book.

I look forward to implementing these roles in my PF AP.

Pathfinder Roleplaying Game Core Rulebook (OGL)

Fatastic piece of work.
