Well, from what I can see, Jaden and Hors (from his background and job), might know each other a bit, as Hors would be bringing wood to the mill, and he does have a little bit, if so what untrained, woodworking skill.

Keegan could come off as someone to find good places for lumber camps, and could be maping out the wood cuts for the Lumber Consortium. Raphael would also come off as someone that would be an office kind of guy, doing up contracts for them as well.

Effan, being the first of the gnomes in the group, seems to come off as a bit of a loner, but seems to have skill with leather, so would do well with the amount of work in the town, and would have plenty of work for new boots and shoes.

Faldor would be known by a few of us, as he is the bar rat(ok bar rat that sings and tell stories) so he would be well liked in the slightly over worked town.

Not trying to set up how anyone thinks, just thinking out loud, if you all wanted we could be on the golf team, or we could light bags of poo and leave them on door steps for giggles. I just like to look at the group and see what could have been happening, becase this is set in a town where most of us live in for a good amount of time, as apart to the, well you are all in a bar and having a drink.

But this is just how I am, I talk and plot, and I like to hear what you all think, seeing how most of us are all over the place and do not get to sit in the same room and eat hot pockets. So just some ideas, but we are all adults and this is a discussion, so I hope I get at least one gold star for effort.

You get more than one Gold Star from me! I was just trying to figure out the dynamics of the party in relation to one another and you summed it up quite well.

If anyone wants to be on friendly terms with one another, start figuring out how you know each other and let us all know your thoughts.
It isn't necessary that you all know one another as you can still jump into the group fairly seemlessly without knowing one another by the adventure's opening scene(not telling yet).
Thanks for the effort, Kail'er. I have a good feeling about this group.
;)

BTW, I forgot to mention that Darkwood is a fairly commonplace in town due to it being fairly prolific throughout the forests. All darkwood items cost 1/2 the normal price and any 'Peacekeepers' and sheriffs carry Darkwood clubs. Axes can have darkwood handles(counts as 1/3 the weapons weight(rounded down) for the darkwood part), staves can be made of darkwood, and of course shields are commonly made of darkwood around here.
If anyone wants to adjust their equipment to accomodate some darkwood items, feel free to.

All approved and ready to roll.
I will post a link to the game thread here when I get it posted.
Hopefully sometime today.

"Nice job Hurly, I'll be back t'morrow," he says squinting his eyes and trying to remember what day tomorrow is. "I think so anyway."

Nice. Approved also. Assume you have 2 'scrolls' if you like(don't worry about the XP) that you made. I will try to get the game thread going today, so you may have to gut-check and make a final decision on the variant abilities.

I like Hozs.

Keegan, Raphael, Jaden, Faldor and Effan are all approved and ready to roll.
Curaigh's PC yet to be finalized here.
No rush bro, I know you have stuff going on.
Post when you can. We are almost ready to start.

Also for Raphael, you did manage to create 1 dose of the Drow Sleeping Poison.....
I am assuming you took your time. Just make sure you can post the proper game stats for it at the time it is needed. Standard cost for 1 dose.

Faldor is ready for scrutiny though still lacks his Fox and his lute which I'm waiting on information for.

The fox you just need to stat up and throw into a spoiler in your stats somewhere.

For the lute.....
You sank some skill points into crafting it and I assume that before the adventure you would have some time so......
Your hard work and diligence has enabled you to craft a lute of exceptional quality. You managed to make a Masterwork Lute. But it cost you 45gp.

Keegan, Raphael, Jaden, and Effan are all approved and ready to roll.
Faldor and Curaigh's PC yet to be finalized here.
Almost there...

well i am here

Approved, although I think you are using a Hide Shirt but have it listed as Hide. I would like to avoid confusion on the subject, so once you add 'shirt' after it, Jaden is ready for adventure.

BTW, This is the avatar I will be using for DMing this.
