I bought this book b/c of the potential for antagonists.

This book is so much more.

As a fan of horror movies and crime shows (not to mention "Dexter"), this book blew my mind. Very well written, engaging, and has information for players and storytellers alike. Whether you are looking for an opponent who can throw a lot of moral questions, or you are looking for an "ultra-violent" special game, this book is a must!

This was very well-thought out and presented in an attractive format. I can think of a few players who would be interested in trying this class out, myself included. I especially liked the thought put behind the "multiclassing" rules, for allowing the draconic bond to substitute for other bond options (such as a paladin or cavalier's mount). Especially for the price, this is a good addition to the options available to players.

I was impressed, especially given the budget that an "independant fantasy" movie could have.

I liked the storyline, especially having main characters on both sides of the conflict (as opposed to having the show be about the "good guys" versus the "bad guys"). It would be cool to see this picked up by Sci-Fi network or something, or at the very least have another installment to continue the story.

Worth watching!

For those delving into the Rifts Megaverse, this is perhaps one of the best supplement books to pick up.
It's based upon one of the Character Classes (Juicers), but there is much more. There is "fluff" text (stories, roleplaying suggestions, adventure hooks) as well as "crunchy bits" (a plethora of alternate juicers, including Techno-Wizard creations and alternate skill packages). The storyline, as it interacts with the Rifts megaplot, applies to parties that lack a juicer as much as an all-juicer party would, with an adventure that an inexperienced GM would be able to use.
