Thanks. :) we're going back in time and running Rise of the Runelords. We played Jade Regent last year and are running Shattered Star right now. We thought it would be cool to go back and see where our other characters were then.

My character for RotR is Nikolai Vassly. He was born a wolf in the forests of Ustalav. He's hiding in Varisia from his crazed siblings and ends up on Sandpoint just in time for the adventure to begin.

I'm playing a werewolf in a campaign in a few months. He's going to have a love interest who is a kitsune. The thought crossed my mind: what would happen if a kitsune was bitten by a werewolf? Would anything happen? Or would it be a weird fox/wolf hybrid?

The combat ended up being one player and myself rolling back and forth opposing prof sailor checks. the other player sat bored until we managed to grapple the ship and start regular combat. I am mainly wondering if there is any way to include the other player? or would it be better to just skip it?

I am having a problem with ship to ship combat. It doesn't keep all of my players entertained. One is really excited about it while the other sits bored until its done. Any suggestions?

Great minds think alike Trinite! In my game, Plugg and Scourge met the PC's on the island to dispose of them. During battle Plugg fled into the forest. The night before The still living Aaron Ivy in a fit of madness "killed" our undine PC, Ondir. The rest of the PC's searched the island, after the mutiny, for their missing companion, not thinking to search the sunken ship for their water-breathing friend. When he comes out of the water he is caught by Plugg and his shackles of compliance. After having his mind poisoned by Plugg, Ondir agrees to help him escape the island. He goes down into the grindylows' lair and, using is wild empathy ability, convinces the remaining pests that he is their new king. Plugg and Ondir then use the grindylows to "commandeer" a passing ship. Now I just have to figure out when they will make their comeback. I had waaay too much fun coming up with this!

We lost a undine PC on Bonewreck Island. In honor of him, We named ours "The Undine's Revenge."

I played a boreal sorcerer in jade regent and loved it. I multiclassed one level of magus to be able to wear light armor, but regretted it a later levels. While profession sailor will be useful, remember that the pc's have been press ganged. It's possible that they've never set foot on a boat before.

I don't know why, but in my game Sandara is Aussie, Conchobar is a french flirt, and Kroop has a thick drunken cockney accent.

We have a very small group (me, my wife, and our friend), so we take turns GMing AP's and we all play.

Two of ours speak Aquan and two speak Infernal. I have a feeling some secret conversations going on. lol

Our party has an Undine Druid and a Kitsune Bard. We haven't started playing yet, so I'm hoping we have enough healing power.

I probably missed it some where, but what happens to the crew assigned to take "commandeered" ships to port to sell? Any ideas on how to get them back to the ship or are they released from service (and if that's the case, what happens to the money)?

I love this! I was already thinking of keeping him alive, but wasn't sure on what to do with him. I was thinking of having him hanging by his foot by a snare he was working on, but this has so much more personality. :)
