About Telfair "Monty" Montague
I came to Hommlet seaking fortune and a wealth of new stories. I was footloose and fancy free in those days.
Alas, I fell in love. A true love, a deep love. And it took me by surprise. My dearest Vesta captured my devotion at first sight. And my days of tramping across the land were over. I've settled in Hommlet now, making my home with my dearest Vesta.
I operate an outdoor theater (where the old mill was previously located, before the fire). This summer season our troup, Montague's Men, will perform the comedies "Two Queens for a King," "Last Night and the Knight Before" and the tragedy "Ponjes the Bull."
Of course, I made my name adventuring at the Moathouse, the ruined temple and fighting evil in the mines near Rastor. I now don't talk much about those days. Our party was betrayed from within, and I am the only man to make it out of the Temple of All-Consumption alive.
My adventuring days are over. But if any younger, more capable warriors come to Hommlet seeking fame and fortune, I'd be glad to tell them what I know and of the dangers that await them in Rastor.
