General Traits:
Taras is silver-tongued, well-mannered, physically appealing and shrewdly diplomatic. While he has no particular mores regarding the law, his personal code of honesty generally shines through the typical ambassadorial attempts at manipulation. While not averse to occasional careful omission of details, Taras is trustworthy in that what he says is, at least in spirit, quite true.

Handsome in the way that elves are, his movements are fine and dexterous. He moves and speaks with confidence and self-assurance, but he is certainly not physically imposing, and offers little evidence of martial talent.

A pendant hangs from a single chain attached to a soft, brown velvet choker around his neck. The pendant is of solid, beautiful purple blown glass, and depicts a stylized butterfly with crescent moons, sunbursts, and tiny twinkling stars set in it. While he does not wear the vestments of a priest, his general demeanor is what one might expect of the Desnan clergy.
