Asha Coldeyes, one of Svala's teammates. She is a daemonspawn mindblade.

I forgot I had this alter xD

Third post by myself on a row... I am posting with an alias so it isn't so obvious ;-D

I have taken the decision of going for Dirty Trick. From a roleplaying POV it seems to fit a bit better and I also think I'll benefit from it more often. Lingering Performance might be an even better option... but because of the character's concept I want to get Improved Trip ASAP.

Thanks to everybody who gave their opinion!

I see the angels
I'll lead them to your door
There's no escape now
No mercy no more

No remorse 'cause I still remember
The smile when you tore me The Invenusable Flytrap apart.

I am building a bard that will be picking Improved Trip later and probably Combat Reflexes too.
By now, she is starting at level one.
She is using a longspear as a weapon and qualifies for Combat Expertise, but I'm still unsure which one of the two feats (Dirty Fighting or Combat Expertise) would suit her better.
She's not human, so it will be just one feat at first level. She also has Heirloom Weapon as a trait, which gives her a +2 bonus to trip attempts made with her inherited longspear.
I have considered too going for Lingering Performance as my level one feat, but that would probably delay me too much in taking Improved Trip so at this time I have decided to choose among the aforementioned two.

I'd like to hear some opinions to help me make my mind, because I have good reasons to pick and not to pick both.

I usually have to break my head to come out with semidecent names... At least this one has a surname xD

Now I have to think what to pick as my lvl 1 feat. I liked the idea of making trips with a longspear as a complement to buffing but had decided not to go for it... until I got Heirloom Weapon as a trait (in my group it's the GM who gives the traits depending on the story). Now the trip chain is back...

So I have to choose among Lingering Performance (which my autocorrect wants to be Lingerie Performance which also seems cool xD), Combat Reflexes, and Dirty Fighting/ Combat Expertise.

I'm still undecided, but I might take Dirty Fighting so I can go for Improved Trip at level 3. Decisions, decisions...

Don't worry, we can work on your balance.

*hopes you fall for that*

*Uses her spear to trip Punniculus when she offers her a hand*

Sorry, My Lord, my paladin code of Punniculus commands me to do this... even to my Lord Punniculus.

*Falls for attempting a trip without having Improved Trip*

I saw that coming.

I promise I will stay Lawful!

*Falls for promising something she doesn't plan to do*

I'll do my best to remain Lawful!

*Falls for lying*

I... I... Wow! All this falling just for pretending to be a Paladin? I'm not even a real one!

*Falls for pretending to be a paladin*

I am not going to like this...

I am no longer unnamed. I can be now Punniculus' paladin.

For the greater glory and fun! I will pun-ish offenders against my Lord Punniculus!

Lady Punniculus?

Uhhh...

As soon as I have a name I can be your paladin, my lord Punniculus. Following the tradition of bards that pretend to be something else.

Someone willing to help me to name my unnamed Aasimar Angelkin Bard?
Serious names, might be mythological but nothing too obvious.
Things meaning "herald", "messenger" or similar things could be cool.
Any ideas?
