The Ice Witch: Infamous cryokinetic said to occasionally patrol the grounds of Central Park from midnight until dawn. Known for freezing her foes solid and leaving them for the unwary to find the next day and is known best for disabling the entire Justice League unit sent to apprehend her over a year ago.

Monster Hunters: A group established in the last century and recruits its members from various families who belong to its antiquated order.
Known for various acts of heroism however evidence exists that suggests they are merely a mercenary force established to gather information and equipment for purposes as yet unrevealed.

Old Proverbial Museum: Former museum of antiquities this building was converted into a school about forty odd years ago after the new building was opened but was shut about sixteen years ago originally for refurbishments that ended when the company involved went bankrupt. It was recently bought by a holding company owned by Tuarte Industries a small corporation run by a child prodigy hailing from Finland. There has been signs of work done on the place but plans for the redevelopment are locked in discussion at city hall as with all things red tape has kept much of the city in poor shape except where the city politicians' have a personal agenda involved.
