Supergirl sits down and refuses to leave her desk until the game continues.

How many henchman are present? If I'm able, I shall fly through the area and grab as many as I can, fly into the air and scan the area for some sort of scrap metal (or similiar material) in which to tie them up.

I thought it was cool; very comic book like; please continue; very narratorish :)

I listen very intently with my super hearing to see if I can detect anyone in need of rescuing.

I think we are to late to solve anything here. The museum is crumbling apart as we speak. I do see someone leaving the building. Most likely Ice Witch, as they appear to have a lower body temperature than the air around them. There are criminals still remaining that very well could be killed in the building wreckage, perhaps now is the time to turn this event into a rescue mission.

I scan the entire surroundings with x-ray vision in an attempt to get a better understanding of why things seem to have suddenly changed around us.

I can probably aid your defenses; no worries; do you have much experience at stealth; do you really have the stomach for such a manuever? It is a cute stomach I grant you; but this might be more than you can swallow; with thought and teamwork I believe we can truimpth over any situation even though I am not yet at my true strength; I am yet to adjust to this world.

Anway, I've no idea what would and wouldn't work. As for battle and what I can stomch, I'll admit, I don't like playing dirty. If the stakes are high enough though, I'll do what I have to...just don't ask me to kill him. I'm not going to do that to him or anyone else.

Well Mordo I encountered a few days back. I was quite vulnerable to his magic. I would suggest that when we deal with him, to have his ire drawn towards you and as much as I dislike doing it, I end up coming in from behind. (Lowers head in shame for suggesting fighting on the level of a villain).

Is their sufficient room for me to fly either above or below my comrade? If so, once I'm just as far as he is (or slightly further) I shall use my superbreath to inhale and attempt to draw him towards us, thus preventing him from fleeing. In doing so, I hold out my hands to catch the guy. If I'm unable to do this let me know.

I will try and pick up some velocity using Super Speed and wrestle him to the ground, as I'm not certain who he is or even if he's a villain.

I suspect its kryptonite, but I can't be certain, I've never been in its presence before. Just keep me away from it, else you be on your own.

I noticed that I felt a strange weakening feeling all over my body when we walked past those individuals clad in black. It seems to be passing thought. We must hurry and find the object they desire.

Ah, the game continues, thought it had come to an end. I lie seemingly helpless. I whisper to Maeldik (without moving from my position)

"I think, given the situation we need to change our goal from fighting to acquiring the artifact. Once we have it they will flee this place. We should try and get word to the Justice League about researching and hiding it. With all this I can see how they might try to be summoning a god-like being to do their bidding."

Never tried to see though my eyelids before, sounds kinda freaky to me. I'll just play dead and listen in with my super-hearing. If you see something I need to be aware of or we meet some actual villains, just poke me in the back with your thumb. Carefull though, I wouldn't want you to sprain anything.

Perhaps you could take the form of Bane since he was apparently supposed to be here. We could use the old trick of pretending you captured me or something, heck you could even carry me while I pretend to be unconscious, that is as long as you behave yourself.

We must get to the heart of the matter, already been slowed down to much. I suggest we go where Maelidek was looking at see what we find.

Are the ceiling and floor lead lined or can I see through them? Scans area above and below to see if there is anything worth noticing, flies back towards her comrade.

I shall fly at ceiling level (flat along the ceiling) and try not to be noticed by them until I can assess their motives for being here. I use my super hearing to see if I can catch anything they may be saying, also scan their armor (and weapons if they have any) with my x-ray vision

I rolled a green (24) for super hearing and a red (100%) for my x-ray vision, should this opportunity be available.

Heat vision, ok, I rolled a 75 for a yellow result (Unearthly rank). Is there any effect to this little bugger?

How did my heat vision fair against the device?

Using my Heat vision, I shall try and melt the exterior/motor/weaponry of the disc. Hopefully it will disable the machine. I believe I already tried to use x-ray vision on the device and that didn't work. If I'm incorrect, I shall also try that. Do I have any idea if it is strictly a machine or if their is a little person/alien inside?

I will stand in square G-15 and as the thugs approach I shall attempt to use super breath and blow them back across the room. If I need an initiative roll it is an 8.

I checked the book to see how initiative works and it didn't say what size die to roll. I assume it's a d10, if not please correct me. It's been awhile since we rolled for initiative.

Starts humming the 1960's Batman theme song as she flies towards the fleeing thugs.

Gives Maelidek a very strange look and questions his taste in music.
"Are you allright? Your not going to have a nervous breakdown are you?

We need to capture these bad guys tonight, tomorrow I'm planning on going to the mall.

A bit surprised by their reaction, I whirl around looking behind me, almost expecting to see someone REALLY BAD.

"Beware Maelidek, some of these criminals serve the Penquin, a nemesis of the Batman. So now we have not just thugs of Lex Luther, but the Penquin as well. Not to mention Bane. Whatever is here, it is drawing together an assortment of criminals. Perhaps they are forming some sort of group, For now, I shall call them the Injustice League. I do believe we need to press forward quickly, as these distractions are here for a reason...to delay us while their bosses conduct some serious business."

In a loud and commanding voice I say...

"Anyone who wants to surrender now please just raise your hand!"

I keep a close eye out for anyone with a umbrella and possible tricks they may unfold with them.

I go swoosh through the room, attempting to clock anyone in there (other than allies) and get to the top of the stairs as fast as possible.

Agreed, we need to take action. I'll try and keep an eye on the disc as we move in and confront others. Let's enter the basement and work our way upwards. How fast can you move Maelidek? I can move at super speed and I think the faster we blow by anyone the better. I can take a super shot at anyone we encounter along the way. Agree?

It looks like we got company. That silver disc is back and it emits a green energy of some kind. It's firing blasts around the building from up above. This is the second or third time we have run across this little device. I'd assume it's causing the rumbling feeling as well. Anyone know if it's related to the artifacts that lie herein?

Very well then, I'll take the right. I must say you both really have a twisted view of Superman though. I don't understand why. Claiming he is a criminal and that he imprison's his enemies in some dimension hell....I assume your making reference to the Phantom Zone. Anyway, we can sort out those issues later. Let's move in.

I agree, we stick together. Each of us has weaknesses the others need to compensate for. I say we deal with the tougher group first, if were successful, the others are likely to flee or surrender. I was thinking perhaps we should let one person go on each side, in order to trail them to the greater threats they hide behind. Opinions?

A puzzled look comes across Supergirl's face.

"Well I sure ain't Wonder Woman. You've heard of Superman right? Well I'm his cousin, I would have taken the name Wonder Woman but it was already taken, so I settled for Supergirl! And you are?"

"Ok so what just happened? I take it you turned invisible and reappeared. Did you learn anything. I could very faintly hear your voice. Are you hurt?

Well Maelidek, should we try the stairs and if so, which one? There is also the tunnel which seems out of place as well. Allow me to use my x-ray vision on the ceiling above as well as the stairwells rising and the tunnel to see if we can discover anything of use.
