Hey everyone,
I don't know if there is information on the Greyhawk festivals but if there is that would be really cool. Anyway I am looking for any info on the festivals such as what they celebrate any traditions and information of that sort.

thanks in adavance,
Supaidaa

I think those are some great ideas. I think I am going to have to use the sounds of the ocean in the background to add atmosphere. I think that this is a great way to quickly and strongly set the feel of the game, plus everyone enjoys a party with good food. I am looking forward to hearing what other people are interested in doing as for myself this is my current menu but it may be changed and tweaked.

Supaidaa's ST Menu:

Jerk chicken
Curried Rice
Baked Okra Etoufee
Callaloo
Homebrewed Ginger-root beer
Grog (Water, rum, sugar and lime)
and few other things yet to be determinded.

Cheers,
Supaidaa

I liked how Paizo was going the AoW minitures and then selling them. That would be a great resources to have and they get a sale from it. It would be cool to have the ST adventure pack, includes all minis needed for the adventure.

So I am preparing to start my camp. pretty soon. I have decided to try something new, I am using the swashbuckling adventures by AEG to run the game. It will take a little tweaking but I am planning on setting the adventure almost 400 years later then the current timeline has it set. I am also trying out the 3DA char gen system and it will be magic lite. So it should be really fun.

As a side note I was wondering if anyone else turns the opening into a small party. I have had a tradtion were when I start a campaign to get the mood set, I will have themed music of the region and prepare several 'regional' dishes. Generally they are tradional English, Welsh, Spanish, or Asian dishes depending on the setting. Well it will be interesting and I think my Caribbean & Creole food should add a bit of ambiance while we create fortune told chars.

Cheers,
Supaidaa

I thought I would start up the Savage Tide music thread. Right now I am organizing my library for the game I will be starting soon so I only have a few that I can say I will be using but I will add more soon. I will be using;

Pirates of the Caribbean 1 & 2
Man in the Iron Mask
Zorro 1 & 2
The Musketeer
Master and Commander
Farnon: Captain Horatio Hornblower

Cheers,

I have an order of the first set and think that this will be a great product. All to often has an item gone missing or forgoten on a sheet and this should be a way to add visuals and tangibility to the inv.. Now if only spell cards came out again life would be easy.
Cheers,
Supaidaa
