SH moves first to position that allows him an unimpeded vantage from which to strike the Grell. Then he screams his rage and barrels into the Grell.

Sound right. Was about to say that. But the first time SH's hp reaches 0 or below then he can initiate the added effect of Silver Phoenix Rage to spend a healing surge.
