He did not dodge the first blow. So you decide he doesn't dodge the second? You clearly don't have much imagination about the creativity of others.
You know what? Fine.
Stina gasps as she shes the body of her friend fall. She screams with rage and shrieks a spell. Jack Hammer feels his connection to this world fading...until he realizes that he is dead. Stina regards his corpse with disdain and fury. "I believe we are now even."
And now I choose to go. And do not disregard this, it is completely serious. After all, he couldn't dodge the slow spell, so he couldn't dodge this, either.

Dral stumbles up and points a shaky, bleeding finger at JH. "I...name you murderer! You act outside of the law! there is no true justice with thee!"

"More like Executioner. By your own words you and your companions tried to kidnap my child. Your deaths are the blood price. That is my law."

"Your law...is evil! You are no executioner, you are the devil which kills for the smallest of crimes!"

"We can give you information! We demand a fair trial!" The old woman shouts.

The old woman's eyes widen. She mounts her broomstick and speeds off, fleeing the army after her. She notices Dral and hesitates. then she comes to a decision. She dives down, and lands in front of Dral. "Halt, warspirit, lest I fire! I am Stina Coldblast!"

CH hurls his hammer at the chest of the old man, turning to the newcomer.

"I'm sorry, I wasn't paying attention."

"You are the 3rd I have named criminal. Are you here for punishment?"

She screams as Dral collapses. The spell dies.

"I have committed no crime! Leave us be!"

"What? That can't--come on!" She begins a spell of teleportation.

Stina looks, panicked, at the Servants. She looks at the golem. She fires a spell of slowness at the golem and grabs Dral. "Come on, Dral! We must get out of here!"

The old woman's eyes widen. She mounts her broomstick and speeds off, fleeing the army after her. She notices Dral and hesitates. then she comes to a decision. She dives down, and lands in front of Dral. "Halt, warspirit, lest I fire! I am Stina Coldblast!"

"What are you talking about?" Stina asks, looking apprehensive. "'Them'? The way I see it, we only need to warn Kobold Cleaver, the others are our enemies."

"Tarvek, have you ever heard of the Champions?"

Meanwhile, Stina is studying in her tomes. Suddenly, her eyes widen. "Tarvek! Dral! Look at this!" She holds up the passage from the tome she was poring over. They hurry over.

"No." Coughs Stina angrily. "Kobold Cleaver sent us with a bunch of newbies. I suspect that he will be in trouble."
The three stumble off, to their headquarters.
