I hate to do this, but I need to cancel my subscriptions to Pathfinder Battles, Pathfinder Modules, GameMastery Maps, and GameMastery Cards. My finances are a little tight right now, but I hope to re-subscribe in the future.
First, I'd like to thank you for adding my missing map pack to my last subscription order. Your great customer service is one of the reasons why I love your company.
Unfortunately, there was a mix-up with order #1578712. I received a GameMastery Guide instead of the Advanced Player's Guide. I'm in a bit of a bind with this one, because my best friend's wife asked me to make this order for her so she could give it to him as a Christmas present.
What are my options here?
I just received this order and the box didn't contain GameMastery Map Pack: Ancient Forest.
Any help would be appreciated.
I need a replacement copy of Pathfinder Chronicles: Classic Treasures Revisited. Would it be possible for you to charge me for one and add it to this subscription order?
In Council of Thieves: What Lies in Dust, an NPC uses a bladed scarf. So am I to take it that the bladed scarf mechanics didn't change from the rules as originally presented in the Rise of the Runelords Player's Guide?
That is: Dam 1d6(19-20/x2), reach of 10' and still threaten 5', and usable for trip attacks.
I've been reading a lot of talk about people getting replacement copies of the Pathfinder RPG Core Book and I was wondering, if they have anymore spare copies laying around, if you could slip one into Order #1250325 as my subscription copy. Or are we still waiting for the 2nd print run in November?
I think paying over $5 for shipping a single item is a bit much, so I was wondering if you could delay my September order to ship with my October order.
I'm ashamed to admit that I haven't received my April subscription order (#1160474). I moved that month and, while I did put in the change of address with the Post Office the same day(April 10th), I forgot to change my shipping address with Paizo until May. Seeing as I only moved across town I figured that my order would be forwarded to my new address, so I gave it a while to arrive. Unfortunately this is not the case. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
Although this order was processed/shipped on Dec.31, I have yet to receive it. Any help with this problem would be greatly appreciated.
Ever since my "pre-paid" Pathfinder subscription ran out, I've been receiving the following e-mail from customer service:
Paizo Customer Service wrote: In the next week or so we will be processing your ongoing subscription for the next volume of <i>Pathfinder</i> Adventure Path. However, we need your help. When we requested authorization for your order, we received a "card expired" message from your bank. If you have a new expiration date for this card, you may email it to customer.service@paizo.com or change it online at the URL below.
If you would like to use a different payment method, please contact Paizo customer service.

I've changed the billing info to my active card each time and have even tried to delete the info for my expired card, but every month I get the same message. Apparently my old card info isn't being deleted.

Would it be possible to roll my pre-order for the Pathfinder RPG Beta (order #981913) into my next Pathfinder subcription? I know the product schedule has it posted as "in-stock", so I hope it isn't too late. I was hoping to save a few bucks in shipping costs. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Alter self in not the same as it was in previous editions. Its more like Humanoid Shape(like Beast Shape or Plant Shape), and should be named so, to avoid any misunderstandings.
I just placed an order for Falling: The Goblin Edition. I also placed an order for the goblins T-shirt about a week ago, and was wondering if both of these products will have a similar release date(within a week or so of each other). If so, could you hold both items to ship together?
I was wondering if I was eligible for free PDFs of the GameMastery Modules I just ordered. They are:

I may not have had a subscription for the modules until a few months ago, but I have been a loyal subscriber to Paizo for years(Dragon & Dungeon),and I just purchased all the previous issues that I missed by not getting the subscription sooner. Also, you could let me have them as compensation for the Warehouse Monkey Gazetteer fiasco. wink,wink,nudge,nudge
I realize that the "Hand" spells from the 3.5PHB are grouped together because of a proper name. However, this name falls under IP and therefore cannot be used. I cannot stress how convenient it is for players find the particular spell they are looking for when it is grouped with spells of a similar nature(e.g. summon monster I-IX, or planar ally(lesser-greater). I find it somewhat disconcerting that the various "Hand" spells are not grouped this way. I therefore suggest the following format:
Hand of Force I (Interposing)
Hand of Force II (Forceful)
Hand of Force III (Grasping)
Hand of force IV (Clenched Fist)
Hand of force V (Crushing)
I also put forth for your approval, that any higher level of these spells can perform the same maneuvers that any lower level spell can. I know that they pretty much already do, but it allows for more versatility and uniformity. So at HoF I it interposes only and at HoF IV it interposes, bull rushes, grapples(no damage), and strikes.
How does this sound?
I placed order #740737 in November and it is still pending. Please check to see if any of my items have been canceled and change my order to ship-as-available.
I also placed order #858389 trying to grab a fist-full of goblin ninjas. As they are now on backorder, please change that order to ship as available as well. If you don't expect to receive enough goblins, let me know and I will cancel or reduce my order.
