Shantare grew up in a medium-sized town, and was constantly watching her best friend perform better than her in every way. Instead of being content with second to best, she worked hard to improve her skills. Once she had finally outshone her friend, she quickly became afraid that she would lose her position as the best. As soon as her parents would let her, she left her town, wanting to learn enough that nobody would compete with her. She is now looking for jobs that will give her impressive stories of what she has done. Personality Spoiler:
Shantare is very aloof and doesn't trust anyone with a job she can do herself. She thinks she is the best in everything she does, and doesn't like any one to question her ideas. She shuns anyone that outshines her or proves her wrong, and won't talk to them until they make and enormous mistake, when she smiles smugly with a "I told you so" look on her face. Once she thinks she knows someone very well, and is confident that they won't outshine her, she can be a loyal friend. |
