I assume the Three for All only applies to currently released products and not preorders?

It seems to apply to pre-orders of hardcopy books, but there isn't an option to pre-order the next couple of book releases (for this Spring),, which is what I was trying to get at in my earlier post.

Why is it possible to pre-order those paperbacks, but not the eBooks?

As others have stated, it seems a bit odd to penalize the readers who have already purchased all of the Pathfinder tales - whether those purchases were hard or soft copies.

Calibre does work well: no issues there, from my perspective. But I do question why they wouldn't expect this buy-2-get-1-free offer to the digital audience. All they would have to do is create an ePub pre-order option for the upcoming books.

That makes some sense, Vic, but I can't see a reason why you guys couldn't add a "pre-order" button for the upcoming release eBooks, so that your digital subscribers could enjoy the same benefit that you are offering the paperback buyers.

I am not sure that I understand the relevance of your post: none of the feats that you linked references anything to do with attacks of opportunity.

In the case of Greater Trip he provokes from you and all your allies. This isn't true for all the combat maneuvers though.

Do you have a reference to support that statement?
