Shadow Child

Westcrown has long suffered under a peculiar curse, a blight that rises every night, bringing with it fell beasts that hunt the shadows. No one can say from whence these night-horrors come—though some blame the mysterious wizards of Nidal, other claim that it’s some curse laid by fallen Aroden, while still others suggest some shadowy mastermind manipulates an ebon brood from the depths of Westcrown’s northern ruins. Whatever the case, the people of Westcrown have long feared the night, but not you. You’re goal is to reclaim the darkness from the beasts that hide within. You’ve acclimated yourself to the dark, and thus act with greater precision in the shadow than most. When attacking targets in areas of dim light, you do not suffer the standard 20% miss chance on attack rolls for being in the poorly lit area.

story background:

this background will be presented in bullet point style until I can weave the story together.

Her parents died in a fell beast attack when she was only 6.(the truth of the matter is her farther and mother were amazing doctors and were constantly helping people by day.when the night came it switch to studying the fell beast themselves. her farther and mother where close on a break through on the true nature of these beasts when suddenly her parent's where arrested by the hellknights and where executed on the grounds of "something"). her only remaining family was her uncle Nevelle Zelpher.(the something is I got no clue has to rope this plot point together}

It would be 2 years after this does her uncle decide to teach her martial arts. he was the owner of a dojo where he taught lesson on self defense and other useful combat things...

during this time she also study to become a doctor just like her parents.

by age 21 she was ambushed by a group of fell beasts. she fought valiantly but was overwhelm on the brink of death something strange happen a hedgehog appear before not only that by all of time seems to stand still as well.(need to think of a better way to bring poke in general idea is poke the hedgehog make her into a white hair witch and saves her life like how all these story work....)

at age 25 having learn all she could from her uncle...

age 27 is her current age and is a traveling doctor in westcrown helping those in need. she still hates the hellknights for what they did. the reason is still unknown to her but she has the tools now to find the truth.

Personality:

She is an outgoing girl who is a bit of a tomboy. She is adventurous and isn't afraid to get dirty doing something like other girls. She is a good judge of character. She is often loud and rude to people that she thinks is a bad person. She is very sly and likes to trick her enemy. She can be violent at times when she's angry, meaning that she isn't very good at controlling her emotions. She is almost never seen crying accept for "that day".
she is a truly dedicated individual, willing to go to extremes to reach her desired goals, whether it be diving off a steep cliff or spending hours in a sauna. If Sakura believes the end result is worth the hard work, she goes for it without any complaining....(there a good reason for this just need to tie this in to the main plot hook).

Appearance:

Sayane is a young, thin woman with jet black hair. Her hair falls down somewhere near her lower waist area, but is usually kept tied back in a ponytail(until combat starts). Sayane has blue eyes. She wears on an often basis a black band around her neck and a black, open vest that has a white interior. Underneath is a sarashi wrapped up to her breasts, and on her arms, she wears red, fingerless, shoulder length gloves wrapped up in white gauze with somewhat loose black pants.
